The intersection of religion and governance has been a contentious issue, particularly in countries with religious pluralism such as Nigeria. This paper examined the legal framework surrounding the establishment of faith-based government agencies, considering constitutional provisions, and judicial precedents. It also explored the implications of such agencies on the principles of secularism, equality, and religious freedom, as enshrined in Nigeria's constitution. By analyzing relevant laws, this paper seeks to shed light on the constitutionality and potential challenges associated with faith-based government agencies in Nigeria. The paper drew upon a wide range of sources, including the Nigerian Constitution and legislations. The aim was to provide an analysis of the legal framework surrounding faith-based government agencies in Nigeria, assess its constitutionality, and highlight the potential challenges they may pose in terms of religious freedom, equality, and secularism. Through this exercise, the paper has contributed to the ongoing discourse on the relationship between religion and governance in Nigeria's legal system. The paper argues that the direct involvement and propagation of religion through the establishment of these faith-based institution has created crises, the chief being the question of its constitutionality. It advocates an approach that seeks to accommodate the neutrality of state in such matters even as the state allows for limited interventions by way of charity rather than outright legislation. Other recommendations include Balancing religious considerations and constitutional principles, strengthening legal provisions for non-discrimination and equality amongst others. The security at the national level is the main focus of this paper. The paper looks at the following issues including; state sovereignty, the dynamics of the military, economic stability, social unity, environmental sustainability and the controlling information. With modernity, the idea of sovereignty is put to test; states need to find the balance between their autonomy and global involvement. The interlink age of societies influence the dynamics of military affairs, economic security, social peace and stability, and environmental sustainability. Information crossing borders makes the question of national security; it causes trouble to control mechanisms. Economic globalization has created differences against developed and capital rich countries with the aid of the transnational entities. The main focus of the study lays on the necessity of hybrid strategy in order to respond to the shifting features of national security which are present in the context of globalized world. The historical development of communication methods is one of the factors that shaped the education sector considerably and now we have the open learning systems as a popular way of. The aim of the establishment of DE as highlighted by scholars is to create another parallel system which can be integrated with formal education. Other objectives include promoting flexibility, constructing an egalitarian society, facilitating in-service and lifelong education and utilizing communication technology for wider outreach. ICTs hold the key to global educational initiatives, providing an environment of collaboration and disseminating ideas in the most effective manner. Although ICTs belong to one of the most transformative technologies, Nigeria is faced with challenges of integration of ICTs, among them deficiencies in ICT infrastructure. Distance education has proved to be successful for the purpose of widening educational chances but Nigeria faces problems like low ICT penetration, erratic power supply, and meagre economy. It is noted that ICTs play a critical role in the development of distance education in Nigeria and that this research stresses the need for collaboration among all relevant stakeholders— government, private companies, and international organizations—to enhance ICT infrastructure, implement international cooperation frameworks, and integrate ICT literacy and use into academic courses. They also serve as role models for younger nurses, some of whom may eventually advance to leadership positions within the nursing profession. Accordingly, building strong nurse leadership abilities are very necessary for those who work in the nursing profession and want to develop their careers. To develop one's leadership potential, it is frequently necessary to hone in on a core set of abilities that are particularly applicable to nursing administration. These abilities include the ability to make decisions, provide direction, resolve conflicts, effectively communicate, and adjust to changing circumstances. Nurse leaders are continually required to make choices, both big and little, ranging from the formulation of rules for the nursing staff to the upkeep of patient records. Nurse leaders are looked up to by resident nurses and other junior nurses for decision-making and guidance on a day-today basis. Skills in efficient, unambiguous, and effective decision-making will result in a health sector that is more structured and pushed in the direction it should go. Nurse leaders are therefore required to use interpersonal and motivational leadership tactics in order to effectively lead the individual and group of trainee nurses who report to them. Within the context of the health care system, this paper reviewed transformational leadership style and its implication for nursing practice. To achieve the objective of the study, descriptive research design was adopted. The data were collected through primary source with the aid of wellstructured questionnaire. The sample of the study was 250 respondents purposively selected from five listed manufacturing firms located in South East Nigeria. The data collected from these respondents were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and the following findings were revealed; (i) Ownership structure, board of directors and timeliness of information have positive and significant effect on profitability of listed manufacturing firms in Nigeria, (ii) Ownership structure, board of directors and timeliness of information have positive and significant effect on accountability of listed manufacturing firms in Nigeria and (iii) Ownership structure, board of directors and timeliness of information have positive and significant effect on sales growth of listed manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Based on the findings, the study recommends Since the result showed that financial transparency has positive and significant effect on firm’s profitability, it’s prudent for listed companies to disclose as much information as possible and also ensure that the information disclosed are transparent so as to minimize the level of information asymmetry and consequently stimulate financial performance. The companies can also take the control of financial performance of the company through using high proficiency, experienced and independent managers with the necessary legal power as a potentially powerful mechanism and to be a cause of improvement in the accountability of the company. This study investigated internal control activities and risk assessment on operational risk of quoted banks in Nigeria. 16 quoted banks from 2013- 2020 were studied based on the 2012 banking reform on corporate governance by the then CBN governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi’s “Project Alpha Initiative” (PAI).The analysis carried out included pooled OLS regression, fixed and random effect and Hausman tests utilizing E-View 9 software. The findings showed that internal control activities has a negative correlation and internal control risk assessment has positive significant effect on operational risk. The researchers therefore recommend that internal check of staff at banks should be sustained as there was an inverse relationship between internal check and operational risk at banks. Penalties should be spelt out for banking staff who are non-compliant with bank policies and guidelines especially in the area of breech in software codes. Banks should ensure that internal control unit personnel are qualified and adequately trained especially IT staff.
