The multilevel analysis, knowledge processing and forming of knowledge bases methods, in particular, the methods for a multilevel formal representation, recognition and fragments synthesis of the information network were established. The goal of the work is formulated as a choice of possible ways of increasing the efficiency of the developed optoelectronic devices and systems and their creation. Based on a detailed analysis of the well-known patent, scientific, and technical literature, the state of research and development in the field of optoelectronic devices and systems have been evaluated. A wide variety of designs and schemes of optoelectronic devices based on the acousto-optic effect is revealed, and the absence of consideration of the form of elastic ultrasonic waves (traveling and standing) is revealed. The mode of operation and the structure of the instruments depend on the type of waves. Based on the analysis of the physics of processes occurring in traveling and standing elastic waves, constructive principles are revealed that ensure complete reflection or absorption of the incident ultrasonic waves. A brief description of the developed new optoelectronic devices on standing and traveling elastic waves is given. It is shown that when controlling the movement of objects, a high resolving power is provided (0.078 mm with a range of displacements in the range of hundreds and thousands of mm). This paper presents a theoretical solution for the fluid flow in a circular pipe, examines the simplified mathematical model with the Pfaffian system use and the equation of state usage. The obtained solution displays the temperature dependence on the angular velocity. For the solution specification there was used the superposition principle consisting in superposition of two flows, notably, the fluid flow in a circular pipe and fluid rotation in a circular pipe. The obtained solution shows how pressure depends on vortex pipes' technical characteristics. Despite advances in the optimum control theory and practice, there are still a lot of unresolved relevant and complex problems related to the development of applied numerical methods adapted to the specificity of tasks that will enable the optimal control theory practical use. The choice of the initial (zero) approximation, which would guarantee the iterative process convergence, presents a substantial difficulty arising with numerical solution of the two-point boundary-value problem. The concerned sequential supporting solutions method, that implements a focused search of unknown values (conjugate variables or durations of control intervals) zero approximation, allows one to overcome this difficulty. The recommendations for this method application for the linear oscillating objects estimation control are considered. The oscillatory links optimized by the processing speed are of a particular interest. Sidorov","doi":"10.1109/ICIEAM.2017.8076280","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICIEAM.2017.8076280","url":null,"abstract":"Broken wire overhead lines 6-10 kV, supplying electrical networks 6-10 / 0.38 kV, cause a reduction in the quality of the resulting electric energy consumers, creating a fire hazard in an overhead line fault zone and increasing the probability of a passer-by's electrocution, which is lethal in most cases. For the construction of an overhead line protection of 6-10 kV in case of phase wire breakage, the information on the negative sequence voltage that appears at the side of a low voltage power transformer with 6-10 / 0.4 kV voltage can be used. These methods were used for the analysis of the negative sequence voltage changes: the method of symmetrical components; computer and physical modeling; experimental studies in mains voltage of 10 / 0.38 kV. It was established that there are various kinds of asymmetric modes of the mains voltage of 0.38 kV under a normal 6-10 kV airline causing minor changes of the negative sequence voltage, not exceeding 0.02 per unit of the line voltage. In case of the 6-10 kV overhead line phase wire breakdown and an unbalance change of consumers phase loads with voltage 0.38 kV in a wide range, the value of the negative sequence voltage varies within 0.2-1.0 per unit of the line voltage. In the article a typical, which is widely used in practice, and robust current control systems, which is obtained based on of a general solution of the polynomial synthesis equation, are considered. Generalized point (nominal) and interval models of the control object in the current loop are given. The interval model takes into account the possible parameters variations of the control object. The concept of the relative parameters variation of the control object, which is take into account both changes in process parameters and external disturbances, is introduced. The transfer functions of closed control loops confirming reliability of the proposed control design are calculated. Examples of using of robust current controllers in different types of electric drives are described. The necessary conditions and requirements that allow establishing how effective this or that method of during use are marked. The possibilities of using these methods in various industrial processes, processing enterprises of agricultural products, cooling systems of various installations are determined. The possibility of their simultaneous use for monitoring the state of the environment in various difficult situations are showed. For each of these methods a scheme of the medium parameters measuring are shown. According to these parameters the medium state control of the flowing stream was carried out in auto mode. The peculiarities of the application of these methods in different operating conditions of equipment are determined. The requirements for the parameters of current environments that are defining the boundaries of the possible use of these methods for investigations are considered. The border changing the current temperature of the flowing medium within which the measurement devices is carried with an error of no more than 1% are determined. The parameters of the pipelines in which to control the flowing medium can apply these devices are determined. The results of experimental researches of different mediums are presented. A comparison of the results of research of the flowing mediums, which is obtained of considered types of non-contact measuring devices with data from other meters are conducted. The objectives of the work is to analyze possible emergencies in the networks 6 (10) kV power grid computer model and to determine the site of the accident at the power transmission line with the account of the parameters the emergency mode. The paper outlines the principles of fault location by various methods, including taking into account the operating parameters of the electrical network and the emergency operation parameters. The equivalent circuit parameters in the longitudinal and transverse parts of the circuit, the parameters of the load and the power source are specified. The parameters of consumption and generation over the simulation time remain unchanged. The authors provide the analysis of the following alarm modes: rated load power user mode;- emergency mode single-phase metallic ground fault (SGF) to the ground; SGF emergency mode through the large transient resistance at the accident site; emergency mode of double ground fault in an accident on the two adjacent phases of the electrical network; emergency mode of the double ground fault in an accident at one phase in two places mains. The analysis of the oscillograms, the basic measures for accident registration parameters and interconnection with the distance to the point of damage to the mains. Usage of cyclic walking movers allows not to care about gait safety and stability and exclude the necessity in controlled adaptation system. By the other hand, strict trajectory of support points of cyclic type of walking mechanisms restricts abilities of adaptation to support surface and shape passableness of machine. In the paper considered the possibility of passive control of angular position of foot with hinge joint in transfer phase. Cyclic walking mechanism with one controlled degree of freedom was offered, it provides rising of the toe of foot with hinge joint both in straight and reverse movement (without entering an additional controlled actuator). Considered some features of synthesis of similar walking mechanisms. Presented the examples of their design in walking machines, intended for works at weak and waterlogged grounds, the results of real experiments are also shown. Presented, that passive foot control of cyclic mover significantly increases abilities of walking machines to adjust to rough ground and allows to overcome obstacles, which higher than height of support point of walking mechanism by more than two times.
