The formal apparatus of a multilevel knowledge representation on the basis of the categorical approach, the theory of computational models, knowledge representation production systems was described including categories of parametric, structural and semantic levels. The multilevel analysis, knowledge processing and forming of knowledge bases methods, in particular, the methods for a multilevel formal representation, recognition and fragments synthesis of the information network were established.
