Thirty-five q-statements were selected from total 110 statements. The recruited P-sample consisted of thirty-three male baby boomers in 1 town and 4 cities. Q-statements were classified into a shape of normal distribution of a 9-point scale. Collected data were analyzed using PQMethod Program 2.11.Results: Three types of attitudes towards suicide were identified. The first type was self-overcoming type that oppose suicide. The second type was burden recognition type with ambivalence toward suicide. Also emotional labor was significant negative correlation with job satisfaction, self-esteem, and ego-resilience. Ego-resilience had a moderating effect that emotional labor affected depressive symptom and job satisfaction.Conclusion: In this study, Ego-resilience were found to have a significant moderating effect in relation to emotional labor, depressive symptom, and job satisfaction. Four spouses were recruited from Gam-Anon family groups. In-depth, semi-structured interviews with each participant were conducted from November to December 2020.Results: The coping experiences of spouses ranged from daily stress to traumatic stress. The coping strategy was modified and developed by the perception of their husbands' gambling. Changes in participants' coping strategies were related to emotions that arose from the context of social interaction and internal emotions. The coping experiences of spouses were the process of learning a new way of recognizing the true meaning of life and finding happiness.Conclusion: This study proposed an efficient coping strategy for families of people with gambling disorder by understanding the spouse's coping experiences. In-depth interviews with each participant were conducted three times from September to October 2020.Results: In this study, ‘realm of life’ includes taking care of the family like a young hero, difficulty in express one’s feelings and desire, facing the problems of the family at stake. ‘Turning point’ meeting a role model overcoming addiction problems, sharing one’s story in the Therapeutic Community, self-awareness to live independently not as a victim. ‘Adaptation’ includes recognizing and expressing one’s thoughts and feelings, trying to separate from the family psychologically and spatially, reinterpretation of one’s life and discovery of the meaning of life.Conclusion: Their meaning of life was to love and respect themselves, make responsible choices in their circumstances, break the inheritance of addiction and had a healthy family life. Methods: Whittemore and Knafl’s integrative review methods was used to synthesize the literature. Articles published in Korean and English were identified through seven electronic databases. Nineteen studies were ultimately selected that met the selection criteria for this review. Results: Through in-depth discussion and investigation of the relevant literature, three overarching components emerged: (a) resilience prevention for primary prevention, (b) early crisis intervention for secondary prevention, and (c) tailored recovery intervention for tertiary prevention. Methods: We conducted in-depth interviews with 10 mental health professionals who implemented the Social Treatment for Early Psychosis (STEP) program. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: The findings consisted of 4 categories and 15 subcategories. Case management should develop expertise considering the desires of young adults, and grew as experts by promoting family cooperation and coping with mental crises. Administrator's support and peer support programs had a positive impact, while the absence of collaborative systems with psychiatric institution were identified as limitations in the operating system of the basic center. Consulting and monitoring of the metropolitan center provided a foundation for case management at the basic center, while the government's support policy is needed to improve of working environment and set up the youth-friendly early intervention system. Methods: The integrative review method by Whittemore and Knafl was applied. Online databases were searched that focused on children of a parent with a mental illness. The JBI Critical Appraisal Tools were used to assess the quality of the selected articles. Results: Fourteen articles were selected for the final data analysis. Majority of the articles addressed about the mental health issues and disadvantages that the children of a parent with a mental illness have. Compared to the mental health issues and disadvantages discussed, intervention programs were not much and the sample were not enough to achieve statistical significance.
