Also emotional labor was significant negative correlation with job satisfaction, self-esteem, and ego-resilience. Ego-resilience had a moderating effect that emotional labor affected depressive symptom and job satisfaction.Conclusion: In this study, Ego-resilience were found to have a significant moderating effect in relation to emotional labor, depressive symptom, and job satisfaction.
