Also emotional labor was significant negative correlation with job satisfaction, self-esteem, and ego-resilience. Ego-resilience had a moderating effect that emotional labor affected depressive symptom and job satisfaction.Conclusion: In this study, Ego-resilience were found to have a significant moderating effect in relation to emotional labor, depressive symptom, and job satisfaction. 摘要

目的:研究情绪劳动对护士抑郁症状、工作满意度、自尊和自我弹性的调节作用。方法:2017年5月8日至5月19日对224所大学附属医院护士进行问卷调查,采用分层多元回归分析。结果:情绪劳动与抑郁症状呈显著正相关。情绪劳动与工作满意度、自尊、自我弹性呈显著负相关。自我弹性对情绪劳动对抑郁症状和工作满意度有调节作用。结论:本研究发现自我弹性对情绪劳动、抑郁症状和工作满意度有显著的调节作用。因此,在制定护士情绪劳动管理方案时,需要考虑护士的自我弹性。
