Students need to have a high level of academic buoyancy in order to be able to overcome daily academic challenges and overcome the decline in academic self-regulation (Martin & Marsh, 2009). Students who have a low or moderate degree of academic buoyancy will have obstacles in overcoming daily academic challenges and academic setbacks. This condition causes low academic achievement that students have. In order to overcome this problem, this research examines whether self-instruction training interventions with CBT can help students increase their degree of academic buoyancy. This self-instruction technique is a behavior modification technique that has two uses, namely improving maladaptive mindsets, becoming positive mindsets, which are then used to direct individuals by giving positive instructions to themselves to make behavior changes to become more adaptive (Meichenbaum, in Martin & Pear 2015). This study uses a single subject design with AB research pattern. The participant of this study was a male student at the Faculty of Medicine, with a moderate degree of academic buoyancy. A phenomenological qualitative approach is used in this study. The participants of this study were 2 students and 1 female student of the psychology faculty who are Christian and come from the Batak and Minahasa ethnic groups, who are currently studying in semesters I, V and VII. The results of the research show that carrying out the process of adjustment by conformity, fostering positive perceptions, motivating oneself to learn, conducting effective communication, building relationships, and being active in self-development activities. This generation lives side by side with the development of gadgets and social media. In this digital age, the use of social media is a way of life. Social media is unavoidable and is expected to have an effect on its users, the general picture of the current literature is missing. Therefore, the aim of this systematic is to summarize research on the impact of social media on fear of being out of date among Generation Z. Our systematic search on the Science and Scopus webs yielded 30 eligible articles. Gen z or generation z born between 1997 and 2003 (what), indicates that they will be between 18 and 24 in 2021. The use of social media and FOMO by generation z can be a negative and positive influence depending on their position and capacity. A negative example is that generation z is always desirable. They are shown that Generation Z is a tech-savvy generation. Based on these systematic results, it shows that the habit of using one of the social media has an impact on the fear of being left behind in generation z. The use of social media cannot be separated from the life of Generation Z. So FOMO is one of the characteristics of generation z that distinguishes it from other generations. Therefore, it causes anxiety and fear when people can't connect with activities that other people do on social media and in everyday life which is called Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). FOMO happen to adult including final year-students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-regulation and Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in final year students at the Islamic University of Riau. As many as, 118 last year students were taken for research samples using the Convenience Sampling technique. Correlation analysis shows that there is a negative relationship between Self-Regulation and Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO) (r) = -373 with p value = .000 (p < .05), which means that the higher the Self-Regulation, the lower the Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO). The hypothesis in this study was there is a positive relationship between hardiness and parenting self-efficacy, the higher the hardiness variable, the higher the parenting self-efficacy variable too. The subjects in the study were 84 parents of children with special needs. Data collection uses two scales, namely the hardiness scale based on Maddi and Kobasa's hardiness construct (α = 0.725, N = 14) and the parenting self-efficacy scale based on the Coleman and Karraker construct (α = 0.896, N = 30). This study uses Qualitative method with a Phenomenological Strategy, involving a 29-year-old as a respondent or subject. The results show descriptions of a strong effort from subject as a wife which suffering a lost husband to get out of adiscard difficult situation. Self-esteem, spirituality, and positive emotions are factors owned by the wife to achieve a resilient itself. This study aimed to determine the effect of gratitude on psychological well-being in college students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques in the form of simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study amounted to 20,989 people, with total sample of 267 people, used cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used the Gratitude Scale and the Psychological well-being Scale. The results show that the significance value = 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 was rejected with the regression equation Y = 20.236 + 1.243x. There is an effect of gratitude on psychological well-being in undergraduate students of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Tulungagung during the Covid-19 pandemic. The parent needs to improve their knowledge broaden and deeper into itregarding the children development. Focusing on parents’ knowledge as the initial intervention is the most important thing. This situation is because parent knowledge regarding the children’s development will imply on their application practical and behavior in their parenting styles. This community service program is integrated with the Developmental Psychology 1st course, which involved 240 students. For one semester, students have been prepared themselves regarding all provided developmental psychology theories;, developmental stages, which start from prenatal, infant to early childhood which covering physical development, cognitive, language development, social, emotional, and moral, also human development in Islam based on AlQur’an and Hadith. As the final assignment, the student should create a psychoeducation poster for society. Furthermore, the student will explain the poster. The posters that- themed “development” as an education form (psychoeducation intervention), which are expected to improve the targeted group’s knowledge (including parents, teachers, medical team, and the general society) regarding children development. The provided knowledge regarding children developmental stages from prenatal to 11-12 years old in were motoric, cognitive, language, and social emotion. This study uses Quantitative Method with 349 adolescents, aged 10-22 years old (according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 25 of 2014 and John Santrock 2003) with smartphones usage habit. By using Non Probability sampling technique, namely Convenience Sampling, using the SAS-SV (Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version) scale and the Ryff Psychological well-being scale has distributed via google form. The results of this study obtaine a correlation coefficient value (r) = -0.255 and a significance value of 0.000 (ρ<0.05). Happiness is something that becomes hope in one's life. One of the factors that contribute to happiness is religiosity. This research uses a descriptive research method using a correlation technique, with a random sampling technique. The research samples were 81 people from Sabak Auh District, Siak Regency. The results of the correlation test between the religiosity variable and the happiness variable were significantly 0.000 (p <0.05) which shows positive relationship between these two variables with a correlation value of 0.701.
