This study, thus, wishes to contribute to the exploration of the relationship between humans and their surroundings by investigating whether modernity and environmentalism are compatible. As it is out of the scope of this paper to discuss all possible combinations of the two given the rich theoretical frameworks that have been established, this study limits itself to the following assumptions. First of all, modernity and environmentalism are only viewed at a collective level (group of people with the same political representative and subscribed to the same political ideology) to put it differently. Secondly, I consider environmentalism as a mode of living that can be continued forever given all other factors being constant. Lastly, this study attributes two different temporalities to the notion of modernity; retrospective and contemporary. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of stakeholders' perspectives on guiding tourists' low-carbon tourism behavior. This paper explores the basis of green payment development in China from five aspects: theory, market, policy, finance and digital ecology, and examines the positioning of green payment to help achieve the goal of \"carbon neutrality\" at three levels: macro, meso and micro. In the light of the lifestyles of Chinese residents, the specific application scenarios of green payment in China, such as transportation, low-carbon life and paperless payment, are compiled. We use electronic payment methods such as WeChat payment to explore the mode of green payment ecosystem to achieve low-carbon development, and explore the practical path of green payment to help \"carbon neutrality\" in both broad and narrow sense from the perspective of industrial chain. In junior high school English teaching practice, English poetry is an indispensable form of discourse. However, in practical English teaching pedagogy, many teachers only focus on the language and structure of English poetry, without digging into the profound meaning of poetry, which is not conducive to cultivate students' key competence. The purpose of deep learning is to promote the development of students' key competence, so that students can construct knowledge and improve their ability of deep thinking. Therefore, this article based on literature research method, from the perspective of deep learning, on the basis of the English curriculum standard requirement to poetry teaching and the practical problems existing in the poetry teaching, combined with the specific teaching cases, explores the junior high school English poetry teaching strategy. The effective treatment of construction waste is conducive to improving people's quality of life and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry. Therefore, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of construction waste collaborative treatment based on the condition of finite rationality and the evolutionary game theory, and analyzes the behavior choice of each subject under different situations.
