In contrast, the attribute of environmental law is more consistent with the nature of ecological environment damage. In judicial practice, there are also a large number of cases of environmental compensation liability for ecological environmental damage. Therefore, the realization path of environmental compensation liability for ecological environmental damage has certain legal legitimacy and practical feasibility. Specifically, the government should strengthen the rule of law construction, explore the internal control mechanism and external supervision mechanism within the perspective of environmental law, so as to make the public and private law norms in environmental protection return to its institutional standard, and ensure the realization of the compensation liability for ecological and environmental damage.","PeriodicalId":427767,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Sustainable Development","volume":"35 23","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113936951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a comprehensive evaluation index system of EERE from the perspective of H-QD was constructed. Besides, the entropy method, the coupling coordination model and the Tobit model were adopted to explore the H-QD, spatial-temporal coupling relationship and influencing factors of EERE of 11 provinces and municipalities in the YREB in the period 2008-2018. The results show that temporally, the coupling coordination degree (CCD) between EERE in the region rises in fluctuations. Spatially, the CCD is high in the lower reaches and low in upper reaches, but the spatial gap gradually narrows with the passage of time. Among the influencing factors, GDP growth rate and other factors have an inhibitory effect on the CCD, while technology market turnover, fiscal expenditure and total import and export volume exert a promoting effect on it. On this basis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the coordinated development of EERE.","PeriodicalId":427767,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Sustainable Development","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133805574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
