As a NP-Hard problem, the goal of TSP is to find the shortest route possible to travel all the cities, given a set of cities and distances between cities. In order to solve the problem and achieve the optimal solution, all permutations need to be checked, which gets exponentially large as more cities are added. Our aim in this study is to provide comprehensive analysis of TSP solutions based on two methods, GA and SA, in order to find a near optimal solution for TSP. The re-sults of the simulations show that although the SA executed with faster comple-tion times comparing to GA, it took more iterations to find a solution. Additional-ly, GA solutions are significantly more accurate than SA solutions, where GA found a solution in relatively less iterations. The original contribution of this study is that GA based solution as well as SA based solution are developed to perform comprehensive parameter analysis. Further, a quantifiable comparison is provided for the results from each parameter analysis of GA and SA in terms of performance of solving TSP.","PeriodicalId":427062,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. The increasing demand of high data rate, high SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) and high gain, therefore pattern reconfigurable antennas are required to improve such properties. Beam steering is the technique of changing the main lobe direction of radiation. The constructive and distractive interference are used to steer the lobe in specific direction. Beam steering is necessary in various communications such as localization, satellite, tracking system and airborne application. Beam steering antenna decreases interference and power consumption and also increases directivity and gain. Beam steering antenna transmit and receive signals in specific direction. Beam steering antenna decreases interference and power consumption and also increases directivity and gain. The researchers are interested to find optimal beam steering solution for single and multi-point application. In past various techniques are used to achieve beam reconfigurable antennas. This paper presents, beam steering principle and their theory, beam steering techniques such as; Mechanical Steering, Beamforming, Switching Pin Diodes, Reflector and array antenna (Reflectarray), Parasitic Steering, Phase Shifters, Switched Beam Antennas, Metamaterial Antennas, Traveling Wave Antennas, Retro-directive Antennas, Integrated Lens Antennas (ILAS), merits and demerits and comparison among various techniques.","PeriodicalId":427062,"journal":{"name":"Int. Specifically, the main purpose of this study is to trace the interaction between metacognition, sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system and the basic stress-related hormones/neurotransmitters. To achieve this aim, the research seeks to address the following questions: Can metacognition regulate the stress-related hormones and the sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity? How can it contribute to the regulation of uncontrollable stress? What is the role of executive functions? Can metacognition stop the cells and neurons from degeneration and the brain from shrinking? The evidence support the hypothesis that there is a deep relationship between metacognition, stress-related hormones and autonomic nervous system. Therefore, the above finding paves the way for the design of new stress management strategies, which could implemented in family, in school and in workplace. Uncontrollable stress constitutes the “health epidemic” of our century. Mental and mood disorders, premature ageing, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities are some of the stress-related threats. There is an urgent need to focus on resilience in order to cope with stress and to stay in balance.","PeriodicalId":427062,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Recent Contributions Eng. Sci. Research has shown that traditional money transaction systems are prone to attacks through falsified deposit slips and drafts, theft of debit cards, forgery of signatures, use of false cheques and so on. Electronic money transaction is a payment performed from an electronic device which enables users to have access to their money anywhere and at any time with the aid of a network but not adequately secured. This application offers a platform independent of securing and transferring money using data masking and an enhanced base64 algorithm from one account to another. The study improves on existing money transfer and transaction systems by achieving a secured mobile money transaction system with masked and encrypted financial details both on the mobile application and also on the short message service application (Text Message Notification) sent to user’s platform which makes it difficult for third party to intercept and understand. Based on the literature, this was possible because of the Centralised Architectural-based Approach to protecting the privacy of users’ online data. Although the literature is inundated with decentralized approaches, there is none to the best of our knowledge that uses an ensemble of methods and draws on a consensus mechanism to address the challenges caused by the Centralised Architectural-based Approach. This paper presents a decentralized approach that adopts and adapts an ensemble of methods. These methods include cryptographic, hashing, and the plenum byzantine fault tolerance algorithms that present a consensus platform, protocol, and mechanism to use the technology of blockchain in a novel manner as a significant contribution. This paper adopts the descriptive approach in its presentation as the usable implementation of the presented proposal is near completion with issues of computational overhead addressed based on preliminary results that show promise of being able to support agreement up to ≈ 75% in terms of making changes by participants in the chain.","PeriodicalId":427062,"journal":{"name":"Int. These ratings are stored in matrices that theirsizes increase exponentially to predict whether an item is interestingor not. The problem is that these systems overlook that an assessmentmay have been influenced by other factors which we call the cold startfactor. Our objective is to apply a hybrid approach of recommendationsystems to improve the quality of the recommendation. The advantageof this approach is the fact that it does not require a new algorithmfor calculating the predictions. There is broad agreement that working memory is closely related to attention. There has been a lot of research in the past that tries to explain the relationship between the two. So far it seems that their relationship is closely related as well as very significant, while one affects the other. This article outlines several theoretical options for conceptualizing this link and evaluates the views of the authors coming to the same conclusion. Essentially, the purpose of the literature research is to show the interdependence of the two fundamental cognitive functions through mechanisms or daily processes - which require working memory and attention – as well as through neurodevelopmental disorders or diseases. In some of the articles listed, the working memory and attention have been divided into components that help to see the relationship between them too.","PeriodicalId":427062,"journal":{"name":"Int.
