It means that all the resources of the organization have to work together for achieving top quality organizational outputs. This process can’t happen out of a sudden, but it is the result of the endeavor of the whole organization. Sometimes, it takes a complete re-invention of the organization, that couldn’t be possible without adequate management strategies for change and innovation. Thus, the diagnosis of the organizational culture is an essential milestone within the effort to understand and further to save the organization from self destruction which is due to the lack of adaptation. Describing the context of the organization of the future, with all its key elements, is also important in order to be able to respond to the new challenges. This article proposes some models for diagnosis of the culture of the organization, it creates the image of the organization of the future that frames the strategies for the right management and leadership, it strings some strategies against resistance to change and innovation, all in order to create the premises for the total quality management.","PeriodicalId":426555,"journal":{"name":"Anuarul Universitatii \"Petre Andrei\" din Iasi Fascicula: Asistenta Sociala, Sociologie, Psihologie","volume":"368 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130982107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most commonly known as \"ethnobotanicals\" or \"zombie drug\", these substances have become part of the social reality of contemporary Romania. The main objective of the article is to present as clearly and concisely what NSPs are and represent, both at the level of Romania and globally. In trying to achieve the proposed goal, several topics have been addressed, such as the history and definition of NSPs, the types of products, the factors that contributed to their appearance and maintenance on the market, their medical effects and the myths that surround them.","PeriodicalId":426555,"journal":{"name":"Anuarul Universitatii \"Petre Andrei\" din Iasi Fascicula: Asistenta Sociala, Sociologie, Psihologie","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134387034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, risk behaviors have become increasingly widespread. Everyday we hear about such news behaviors, we read in newspapers, we hear in the streets and in schools. The working hypotheses that deplored the intervention were: We assume that by activities that define the roles in the family, society and everyday life of people with depressive disorders we will achieve an increase in satisfaction and performance in our daily life with day. We also assume that through the intervention of occupational therapy, in close connection with the analytical assessment of customer specific needs, the degree of psychological recovery, reintegration and social inclusion of people with depressive disorders increases. Test anxiety generally leads to a gradual decrease of cognitive performance and undermines academic achievement of students of all ages. Therefore, the early identification of test anxiety is important because it can result in a better prognosis to prevent recurrent difficulties. This paper summarizes the main results of a psychometric study aimed to develop norms for the Test Anxiety Asssessment Inventory-Parallel Form/IAT-III (Robu, 2009b) in a sample of Romanian middle school students. Participants were 291 students from 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. A hypothetical metric model of the IAT-III was tested using confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, internal consistency was computed. Descriptive characteristics that justify the chosen norming system were also presented in the paper. Finally, normative data that can be useful to assess test anxiety among middle school students were reported.","PeriodicalId":426555,"journal":{"name":"Anuarul Universitatii \"Petre Andrei\" din Iasi Fascicula: Asistenta Sociala, Sociologie, Psihologie","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114157159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, a very large percentage of them is below the minimum level of competency for all three areas investigated by PISA: writing/reading, mathematics and science. On the occasion of these assessments, the education systems are put in a position to measure the ability to form and transmit to the students the knowledge, skills, abilities needed for full social and professional integration, in a constantly changing society and economy. In this article, we aim to focus on that category of students who fail to overcome level 2 skills, knowledge, skills on the PISA scale. The tradition of the renowned Munich School and the need to adapt the educational process to the changing cultural context of the 1980s led Franz Kett to shape a form of education based on the search for meaning. Kett thus laid the foundations for a new pedagogy in which the focus on the positive attitude towards the gift of life and the reception of positive \"to exist\" and \"to do\" messages have the force of directing the creative energies of the child and of helping to discover the meaning of words, actions and meeting with peers, including the other. The example presented, „Mrs. Holle”, attempts to present the active and innovative valences of the Kett pedagogy and to confirm the need for the transfer of knowledge within the German cultural space.","PeriodicalId":426555,"journal":{"name":"Anuarul Universitatii \"Petre Andrei\" din Iasi Fascicula: Asistenta Sociala, Sociologie, Psihologie","volume":"2016 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121491030","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
