KUHP is to provide knowledge of the articles of the Criminal Code. KUHP (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana) consist of many kinds of violations of law such as crimes and abuse, etc. The aim of those guidelines is to provide counselling a deterrent effect to the Ex-Prisoner or “Klien Pemasyarakatan”. Information retrieval is a material document search form or another that is not structured to meet the needs of information in a collection of large text that is stored in the computer. Boyer Moore algorithm is an algorithm that does the matching characters from the rightmost position to the left. The results of Boyer Moore algorithm that is implemented into the search clauses of a felony offence under the Criminal Code and provides quick results. This has a tremendous impact on various sectors of life, one of which is education, then the application of ICT becomes a mandatory choice that must be applied. But the problem of technology still plays a small role in learning and teaching. This study aims to develop web-based learning media in Islamic and Science courses in the face of 21st-century challenges. The research and development method uses a 4D model by following the path of Thiagarajan et al. which has four stages, namely define, design, development, and disseminate, but researchers did not go through the disseminate stage. The assessment was done in the form of media and pedagogic validation, as well as limited trials by students of the 2015 chemistry education. Data analysis techniques on media and pedagogic validation using the Guttman scale, while limited trials using Likert scale scoring, with percentages interpreted according to Riduwan'scriteria . Batak Toba reflects it in all aspects of its social life, including in the case of inheritance. According to Batak customary law, male descendant (son) is entitled to receive family’s inheritance, in contrary to female descendant (daughter). Male descendant is considered as hereditary carrier and clan successor from his parents. Nowadays, there is an awareness on avoiding discrimination to female descendant; therefore, there are efforts among heirs to share inheritance equally. The purpose of this research is to deliver explanations on the efforts of Muslim families in Batak Toba community in providing a sense of justice in the inheritance distribution between male and female descendants. This research was a descriptive research conducted in South Tapanuli regency. Respondents determined by purposive sampling technique, especially prominent figures and members of the community. Data were collected using library research and interview. The data were then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results show that the efforts to balance the sense of justice was by providing effective inheritance for female descendant with balanced value to male descendant. Secondly, preparing grant and equally distributed family property before the heir passes away. Thirdly, filing lawsuit where female descendant files lawsuits to the court. In positive law, inheritors have equal right to their family’s inheritance. Dynamics in community's inheritance system is a combination of customary, religious, and state laws. This study was significant to be conducted in Indonesia. It is because this study used theory of N3 that has been deemed as new theory in understanding Islamic radicalism. This study uses qualitative method with 50 participants and 5 of them as main subjects. Data was collected through interview, review of statements from those concern to radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia, both in social media and mainstream mass media. The data was analyzed through qualitative analysis in particular thematic analysis with some steps that used in qualitative studies. The study concluded that there are three factors influencing individual in joining radical group and terrorism in Indonesia. The three factors are need, narrative and network. Need was related quest for significance, narrative as tool to justify radicalism and terror, and network as vehicle in maintaining the ideology and recruiting some new members.
