Data from the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office in 2018, hypertension was ranked first out of the 10 most common diseases, namely 70,195 new cases and 184,946 old cases and the most at the Sigumpar Health Center with 585 cases, but in 2020 the incidence of hypertension increased to 1,371 cases. This study aims to analyze the relationship between gender, age, smoking habits, physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption with the incidence of hypertension in the community in the working area of the Sigumpar Health Center. The research design is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The place of this research is in the working area of the Sigumpar Health Center and the time of the research is November 2022. The population in this study is all people in the working area of the Sigumpar Health Center. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with consideration of the completeness of patient data. The instrument used was an early detection questionnaire. The dependent variable was the incidence of hypertension and the independent variables were age, gender, smoking habits, physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption. Data analysis used the chi square test. The low intake of nutrients consumed and the bleeding experienced during menstruation can affect hemoglobin levels and productivity in workers. The health problem that is often experienced by female workers is anemia. Anemia is a condition where the level of hemoglobin in the blood is below the normal value. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of consumption of micronutrients (iron, zinc, folic acid, and vitamin C) with the incidence of anemia in female workers at Mall Badung. The research design used was cross-sectional with a sample of 35 female workers at Mall. The data taken were Hb levels using the easy touch tool, and food intake data obtained using a 24-hour recall form. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Spearman Rank Correlation tests. The results showed that the proportion of anemia was 22,9%. The average Hb level obtained was 13,8 g/dL. The average level of consumption of iron (86,2%), zinc (80,6%), folic acid (84,9%), and vitamin C (93,7%). Nurse performance in implementing a patient safety culture is influenced by the level of nurse work engagement. A low patient safety culture can also occur as a result of inadequate nurse staffing. This study aims to analyze the relationship of work engagement and dimensions of nurse staffing with patient safety culture at the inpatient room of RSU Porsea. The method used in this study is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. Sampling techniques used are a purposive sampling of 64 respondents. The data analysis used is Chi-Square test. The results of this study showed an overview of the level of work engagement in nurses which 21 nurses (32.8%) include in high category and 43 nurses (67.2%) in low category. The staffing dimensions revealed that 31 respondents (48.4%) answered appropriate and 33 respondents (51.6%) answered inappropriate. This study also proved that 48.4% of patient safety culture is in positive category and 51.6% is in negative category. There is a significant relationship between work engagement (p value = 0.001) and nurse staffing dimension (p value = 0.001) with patient safety culture. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the anxiety of pregnant women during a pandemic and antenatal care visits in the UPTD area of the Gunungsitoli District Health Center. This research uses quantitative methods and is a type of non-experimental research, with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted in the working area of the Gunung Sitoli City Health Center, Nias, North Sumatra in December 2022. The subjects of this study were pregnant women. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling with a total of 232 pregnant women. The instrument used is a questionnaire. From the results of bivariable analysis using the Chi-square test the relationship between anxiety and the accuracy of ANC visits was obtained p = 0.015 (p <0.05). To find out the relationship of fast food consumption habits and stress with the menstrual cycle of young women in senior high School N.1 Gunungsitoli. This research uses an analytical type of research with a cross-sectional design. There are 79 girls in class X and XI. Using pss-10 questionnaire, food frequency questioner (FFQ) and menstrual cycle questionnaire. Using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The majority of young women in N.1 Gunungsitoli senior high school often eat fast food (53,2%). The majority of young women in N.1 Gunungsitoli senior high School experience moderate stress. The menstrual cycle of young women in N.1 Gunungsitoli senior high School experiencing abnormal cycles (65,8%). There is a significant relationship between the consumption habits of fast food and the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,000 (p-value ≤ 0,05). There is a relationship between stress levels and the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,028 (p-value ≤ 0,05). These aspects are very influential on children's development and behavior in the future. Research purposes. To find out the relationship between parenting and development in toddlers (1-5 years). Research design. Using observational analytic methods with cross sectional design. Sample. A total of 62 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Instrument. The parenting questionnaire and the developmental screening questionnaire (KPSP) were used. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate analysis. Results. The majority of parents adopted democratic parenting as much as 23 (37.1%), the minority adopted authoritarian parenting as much as 19 (30.6%) and the majority of children under development doubted as many as 23 (37.1%), minority deviant developmental toddlers 17 (27.4%). Conclusion. There is a relationship between parenting style and development in toddlers (1-5 years) in Lukhu Lase Village, East Lahewa Sub-district, the value of p = 0.001 <= 0.05. Suggestion. The waiting time for non-concoction or concoction prescription services is the time period from when the patient submits the prescription to receiving non-concoction or concoction drugs with a length of time ≤ 30 minutes for non-concoction drugs and ≤ 60 minutes. This study aims to determine the waiting time for prescription services at the Outpatient Internal Medicine Polyclinic at HKBP Balige General Hospital. The design used in this study was descriptive, the population was all outpatient prescriptions at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic. The research sample was 80 recipes taken by accidental sampling. The instrument used is the prescription service waiting time observation sheet. Based on data analysis, 16 recipes (20%) met the requirements and 64 recipes (80%) did not meet the requirements and were non-concoction recipes. The results of this study indicate that the waiting time for prescription services is not up to standard. This study was conducted to determine the average waiting time for mixed and non-concocted prescription services. for pediatric patients at HKBP Balige General Hospital with Minimum Service Standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. This research is a descriptive study using the observational method of concoction prescriptions and non-concoctions prescriptions for outpatients at the Pharmacy Installation of RSU HKBP Balige for the period of July 2022. The average result of waiting time for the fastest concoction prescription is 41 minutes and the longest is 60 minutes, while the average result waiting for the fastest non-concoction recipe is 22 minutes and the longest is 36 minutes. The waiting time for mixed and non-concoction prescription services for pediatric patients at the Pharmacy Installation of HKBP Balige General Hospital has met the specified requirements. This is supported by data from the Ministry of manpower which noted an increasing trend in the number of work accidents in Indonesia which has continued to increase in recent years. in 2022, there have been 157,313 cases of work accidents, or an increase compared to work accident cases that occurred in 2019 of 154 thousand cases. One of the main causes of work accidents is the low awareness of the importance of K3 compliance and non-compliance in the use of personal protective equipment in the industry. The design of this study uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. the sample in this study as many as 50 workers of PT Tambang Mas Batang Tou. Statistical tests used are chi square test and logistic regression. The results showed that of the total respondents 51.0% aged 23-38 years, 32.0% have high school education, 76.0% have worked for 15-20 years. The results of bivariate analysis using chisquare showed that knowledge (p=.000), attitude (p=.000), the availability of PPE (p=.000), regulation (p=.000) and control (p=.000). From the multivariate analysis of the factors that are very influential in this study is the availability of PPE with a value of OR is 745.00 means that respondents whose PPE availability is less than 745 times have the opportunity to cause non-compliance respondents in the use of PPE. Organizational commitment and motivation also contribute to performance. Highly committed and motivated nurses will work optimally for improved performance results. Improved care performance is absolutely done to improve the image of the services provided by the hospital. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation of organizational commitment and work motivation with the performance of nurse practitioners. The research used quantitative method with cross sectional design. The samples were 116 nurse practitioners as the respondents, taken by using total sampling technique. The result of Spearman’s rho correlation test showed that there was significant correlation of organizational commitment with the performance of nurse practitioners at p-value = 0,00 < 0,05 and there was significant correlation of work motivation with the performance of nurse practitioners at p-value = 0,00 < 0,05. The result of univariate analysis shows that most of the nurses have good organizational commitment with good category 58,6%, work motivation with good category equal to 57,8% and good category performance equal to 61,2%. The result of the research showed that there was positive and significant correlation of organizational commitment and work motivation with the performance of nurse practitioners.
