The research object selected for this study is the MAXIM and InDriver application, which represents a new brand in the market. The present study employed a questionnaire-based survey to gather data from a sample of 553 individuals who identified as users of either MAXIM or InDriver and who belong to the Z generation. The study employed the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques, specifically utilizing the SMART-PLS software version 3. The findings of the study indicate that electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM), social influence, and perceived system and service quality have a positive impact on an individual's inclination to adopt a new brand of ride-hailing application. . The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and nurse handovers on patient safety incidents in the Porsea Hospital Inpatient Room. Analytical descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample is 45 nurses using purposive sampling. Chi Square test results obtained p-value = 0.868 There is no significant relationship between organizational climate with patient safety incidents and p-value = 0.005 There is a significant relationship between handovers and patient safety incidents. Excessive use can harm human health because it is toxic and less persistent in nature. every year as many as one million people will experience health problems due to pesticides and the prevalence continues to increase. There are many impacts resulting from exposure to pesticides including anemia which is a form of chronic effects from the use of pesticides (WHO, 2017). This systematic review aims to analyze and examine various literature that discusses anemia that occurs in farmers due to pesticides. The research method used is literature review with secondary data obtained from the Google Scholar database, PubMed with a span of 10 years. In order to obtain 8 scientific articles that can be analyzed. The results of a literature review of 8 research articles show that most farmers control pests on plants using pesticides. Factors that influence the incidence of anemia are not using PPE, duration of spraying, years of service, nutritional status, level of education, gender, exposure to pesticides. Human health is also an impact that is affected by excessive and continuous use and exposure to pesticides, especially for the farmers themselves. One of the factors that can cause health problems in children is disease transmission. This problem can be prevented by carrying out complete basic immunization activities for infants and toddlers. This study aims to determine what factors are related to the provision of basic immunization to infants in the working area of the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi. This research method is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was multistage cluster sampling and obtained 84 respondents. The instrument used by the child is a questionnaire. The results showed that the factors related to the provision of basic immunization to infants in the working area of the Putri Ayu Jambi Public Health Center were mother's education (p-value 0.001), family support (p-value 0.007) and the role of health workers (p-value 0.004). In addition, the mother's occupation and mother's knowledge did not have a significant relationship. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of young women toward the management of dysmenorrhea in class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Doloksanggul, Doloksanggul District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional design. This research was located at SMA Negeri 1 Doloksanggul, Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The research was conducted in April - May 2023 starting from the initial survey to data processing. With a total population of 219 people and sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 69 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, then examined and processed using a frequency distribution table. Of the 69 respondents, most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge, as many as 40 people (58.0%), and a small number of respondents had less knowledge, as many as 11 people (15.9%). Most of them had a positive attitude as many as 60 people (87.0%) and a small portion had a negative attitude as many as 9 people (13.0%). Most of them did not treat dysmenorrhea as many as 40 people (58.0%). A small number of 29 (42.0%) handled dysmenorrhea. This type of research is quantitative analytic research with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted in April-July 2023. In Hutasoit I Village, Lintong Nihuta District. The population is elderly in Hutasoit I village, 70 people. The accidental sampling technique was taken and used the Slovin and Chi-square formulas with a total sample of 41 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between the elderly's knowledge about diet and the prevention of hypertension with a confidence level of 90% and df = 2, which obtained a chi-square count of 10.812 > chi-square table of 4.605. The attitude variable has a relationship with the prevention of hypertension by using chi-square with a confidence level of 90% and df = 1 obtained chi-square count 8.744 > chi-square table 2.705. In 2019 the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was 27.7% and in 2021 it has decreased to 24.4%. In Humbang Hasundutan Regency, the prevalence of stunting is (14.38%). When the initial survey was conducted, the number of stunted toddlers in Bonandolok I Village was 11 toddlers. There are 4 things that cause stunting, namely: knowledge, parenting, basic sanitation, and administration of deworming drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge of mothers who have toddlers about fulfilling balanced nutrition and the prevention of stunting in Bonandolok I Village, Sijamapolang District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2023. This type of research is a descriptive analytic cross-sectional design. Held in March-May 2023 in Bonandolok I Village, Sijamapolang District. The population is a group of mothers who have babies and toddlers in Bonandolok I Village in 2023 with a total of 49 respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling and chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and stunting prevention. The results of the chi-square test x^2 count (17,845) <x^2 table (4,605) were obtained. There is a relationship between parenting style and stunting prevention, the results of the chi-square test x^2 count (21,248) <x^2 table (4,605). There is a relationship between basic sanitation and the prevention of stunting, the results of the chi-square test x^2 count (16,079) <x^2 tables (2,705), and there is a relationship between the administration of deworming medication and the prevention of stunting, the results of the chi-square test x^2 count (14,968) <x^2 table (2,705). This study used a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 56 restaurants in Jelutung District, the sampling technique was carried out by total sampling, the variables in this study were the behavior of implementing hygiene and sanitation, knowledge, attitudes, supervision of health workers, facilities and infrastructure. Analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test with a PR CI 95%.The characteristics of the respondents are mostly male (53.6%), age group 19-44 years (51.8%), high school education (41.1%), length of work 1-5 years (44.6%). less knowledgeable (55.4%), positive attitude (51.8%). good facilities and infrastructure (57.1%) and the supervision of health workers is also the supervision of health workers (51.8%). There is a relationship between knowledge p = 0.022 (PR = 1.613) (95% CI = 1.074-2.423), attitude p = 0.006 (PR = 1.719) (95% CI = 1.180-2.503), supervision of health workers p = 0.000 (PR = 2.095) (95% CI = 1.358-3.231), and infrastructure p = 0.026 (PR = 1.556). (95% CI = 1.106-2.188) with the behavior of implementing restaurant hygiene sanitation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Pop Up Book media on students' knowledge about the dangers of smoking at State Elementary School 66 / IV Jambi City. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with the planning used, namely One Group, Pre-test and Post-test design. The population of this study amounted to 590 students with a research sample of 34 students. Using the Shapiro Wilk test, the data showed that of the 34 students who only had good knowledge before the intervention, 23 (69.7%) respondents. The results after the intervention, respondents with good knowledge were 28 (84.8%) respondents. This means that knowledge about the dangers of smoking increased in elementary school student respondents. Data tested with the Wilcoxon test can be seen that health education using Pop Up book media about the dangers of smoking is considered very effective with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05, which means statistically there is a difference in increasing knowledge by using Pop Up Book media about the dangers of smoking in elementary school students. Cardiovascular disease is a non-communicable disease that most often causes death. Cardiovascular disease is still a global health problem. This type of research was conducted descriptively with a retrospective approach which aims to describe the characteristics of patients and heart disease medications in outpatient BPJS patients at HKBP Balige General Hospital based on medical records for the period January-February 2022. The results showed that by gender, namely in 57% for men and 43% for women. Patient characteristics based on age are 26-35 years 3%, 36-45 years 10%, 46-55 years 27%, 56-65 years 28%, 66 years and over as much as 32%. Characteristics based on the type of drug, namely bisoprolol 26%, Candesartan 15%, Furosemide 13%, Spironolactone 10%, Nitokaf Retard 8%, Amlodipine 6%, Digoxin 6%, atorvastatin 5%, Simarc 5%, Aptor 3%, Simvastatin 2%, and ISDN 1%.
