Incoherent control induces time-dependent decoherence rates via time-dependent spectral density of the environment which is used as a resource for controlling the system. The system evolves according to the Gorini–Kossakowski– Sudarshan–Lindblad master equation with time-dependent coefficients. For two types of interaction with coherent control, three types of objectives are considered: 1) maximizing the Hilbert–Schmidt overlap between the final and target density matrices; 2) minimizing the Hilbert–Schmidt distance between these matrices; 3) steering the overlap to a given value. For the first problem, we develop the Krotov type methods directly in terms of density matrices with or without regularization for piecewise continuous controls with constaints and find the cases where the methods produce (either exactly or with some precision) zero controls which satisfy the Pontryagin maximum principle and produce the overlap’s values close to their upper bounds. For the problems 2) and 3), we find cases when the dual annealing method steers the objectives close to zero and produces a non-zero control.","PeriodicalId":42592,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Irkutsk State University-Series Mathematics","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135784555","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Including the Late-Riphean-Vendian granitoids of the salner-mankhambov intrusive complex, which includes the Badiayu granite massif. The conducted research allowed us to identify a number of petrographic and petrogeochemical features of the granites under consideration. The analysis of rock-forming minerals, which are a typical set for granites, with the help of a polarization microscope allowed us to determine the characteristic structures of the rock, to identify the presence of plagioclases and biotites of two generations, to detect partial substitution of quartz with a granular variety. The data of the silicate method allowed us to establish that the studied rock is characterized by an increased content of silica, the main alkali metals, and a very high alumina content. ICP-MS method data and their normalization with respect to S. S. San chondrite and the hypothetical plagiogranite COX showed that the rocks were formed from crustal-type melts saturated with rare-earth, as well as individual lithophilic elements (rubidium, barium). According to the diagnostic diagrams of J. A. Pierce, D. Papu, N. B. Harris, the formation of the studied massif occurred in the conditions of an intraplate geodynamic situation.","PeriodicalId":42592,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Irkutsk State University-Series Mathematics","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135957683","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author has outlined theoretical and methodological basis and prospects of the complex study of regional psychology based on the analysis of the works concerned with regional psychology and closely related scientific concepts (indigenous, native, local, aboriginal, national, provincial psychology). The article gives a brief overview of works devoted to historical and psychological study of the development of national (Soviet) psychology in various regions and republics of the state in postwar, late Soviet, and post-Soviet periods. Although the ethnolinguistic cleavage remains the main voting factor, currently the Latvian electoral system is transforming due to the fragmentation of the Russian-speaking electoral landscape. As a result, it is increasingly important to take into account other voting factors including the neighbourhood effect. To prove its importance in the electoral system the regression analysis is used: the classical model is compared with the spatial lag model when the average support of the party in neighbouring regions is added to the list of independent variables. In all the cases with an acceptable probability value accounting for the spatial lag has increased the explanatory power and the quality of the regression models. The strongest neighbourhood effect has been identified for the Progressive party in 2022, the Development/For! In 2018 and the Greens and Farmers Union in 2011. The neighbourhood effect has also influenced the voting for the so-called Russian parties including the Harmony, the Larvian Russian Union and the Stability, however it has not explained more than a few percent of the dispersion of their support, with the etholinguistic structure of electorate being of paramount importance in these cases.","PeriodicalId":42592,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Irkutsk State University-Series Mathematics","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135400729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The first problem contains a discrete perturbation on the right side of the controlled system and uncertain parameters in a quadratic functional with sign-indefinite matrices. Its solution is obtained by the guaranteed result rule and is implemented in the form of a finite-dimensional minimax problem. There are obtained conditions for the parameters that convert the objective function to a convex-concave structure and give the possibility of an effective solving of the problem. These are linear inequalities containing extreme eigenvalues of symmetric matrices. The second problem is related to the functional in the discrete variant, which is defined as the deviation of the phase trajectory from consecutive time realizations of the external influence. It gives the opportunity of the step by step searching of the extremmum at each node point of the time interval. Local problems can be effectively solved in a finite number of iterations.","PeriodicalId":42592,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Irkutsk State University-Series Mathematics","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135445262","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
