Clozapine also has important adverse effects such as epileptic seizures. For this reason, most clinicians avoid using clozapine in patients with schizophrenia and epilepsy. Therefore, treating patients with schizophrenia, tardive dyskinesia, and epilepsy is challenging. Here, we describe the case of a 32-year-old woman who was already suffering from epilepsy, schizophrenia, and tardive dyskinesia. She experienced clozapine-related seizures. But at the same time, clozapine dose adjustments successfully improved her psychosis and tardive dyskinesia and also stabilized her epilepsy. This case study indicates that epilepsy does not preclude the use of this important agent whenever it is clinically appropriate.
","PeriodicalId":42522,"journal":{"name":"REVUE DE MUSICOLOGIE","volume":"5 1","pages":"143-146"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11082594/pdf/","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91030907","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":1,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This technique has been used extensively in the biomedical field to study the complex structures of proteins and other macromolecules. With the advancement in technology, microscopes are currently capable of producing images amounting to terabytes of data per day, posing great challenges for scientists as the speed of processing of the images cannot keep up with the ever-higher throughput of the microscopes. Therefore, automation is an essential and natural pathway on which image processing-from individual micrographs to full tomograms-is developing. In this paper, we present Ot2Rec, an open-source pipelining tool which aims to enable scientists to build their own processing workflows in a flexible and automatic manner. The basic building blocks of Ot2Rec are plugins which follow a unified application programming interface structure, making it simple for scientists to contribute to Ot2Rec by adding features which are not already available. In this paper, we also present three case studies of image processing using Ot2Rec, through which we demonstrate the speedup of using a semi-automatic workflow over a manual one, the possibility of writing and using custom (prototype) plugins, and the flexibility of Ot2Rec which enables the mix-and-match of plugins. We also demonstrate, in the Supplementary Material, a built-in reporting feature in Ot2Rec which aggregates the metadata from all process being run, and output them in the Jupyter Notebook and/or HTML formats for quick review of image processing quality. However, the collection method of these biomarkers can affect their levels. To assess the impact of saliva collection methods on biomarkers in this study, 15 healthy people were employed in the morning with six saliva collection methods. The chosen methods were then applied in 30 AD patients and 30 non-AD controls. The levels of salivary biomarkers were calculated by a specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The receiver operating characteristic was utilized to assess salivary biomarkers in AD patients. The results demonstrated that the highest levels of salivary Aβ40, Aβ42, t-tau, and p-tau were in different saliva collection methods. The correlations between different saliva biomarkers in the same collection method were different. Salivary Aβ40, Aβ42, t-tau, and p-tau had no significant association. Salivary Aβ42 was higher in AD than in non-AD controls. However, p-tau/t-tau and Aβ42/Aβ40 had some relevance. The area under the curve for four biomarkers combined in AD diagnosis was 92.11%. An alternate saliva collection method (e.g., USS in Aβ40, UPS in Aβ42, t-tau, SSS in p-tau 181) was demonstrated in this study. Other underlying issues are often comorbid with the concerns for feeding and ASD. These may include food allergies, gastrointestinal issues, oral motor issues, and swallowing disorders. The refusal to consume particular foods coupled with the inability to tolerate, digest, and absorb these foods can compromise an individual's overall nutrition status. Therefore, a child's behavior toward food and feeding activities has great impact on dietary intake, nutritional status, and growth. Compose des lettres \"L\" et \"D\" entrelacees, le monogramme fut attribue a Lully par Lois Rosow. Sa fonction est restee inexpliquee. L'examen de quelques exemplaires des partitions de Lully conserves a la Bibliotheque nationale de France revele que le monogramme fut toujours tamponne au meme endroit des partitions d'une meme œuvre, quelquefois sans avoir ete prealablement encre. Cette etude conduit a l'hypothese que Lully utilisait le monogramme pour prouver que les livrets et les partitions, bien que stockes dans la boutique de Ballard, restaient sa propriete. Les lettres \"L\" et \"D\", qui signifiraient \"Lully Depositor\", seraient alors le signe que le compositeur n'avait aucune confiance en son editeur.","PeriodicalId":42522,"journal":{"name":"REVUE DE MUSICOLOGIE","volume":"92 1","pages":"381-397"},"PeriodicalIF":0.3,"publicationDate":"2006-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.2307/20141676","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69119730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":1,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As early as 1892, he promoted the diffusion of the solesmian gregorian chant and of the Palestrinian a capella polyphonies through the liturgical and concert performances given by his Chanteurs de Saint-Gervais, in the hope to give a new impetus to religious music. To develop the movement he had created in Paris, he took his choir and musicians on repeated tours in French provinces, he supported the creation of numerous Scholae for the performance of choral masterpieces, which was then limited by the absence of mixed societies, and he started series of conferences on the 17th and 18th-century oratorios and operas he wanted to bring back to life. The periodical he had founded to promote his ideas, La Tribune de Saint-Gervais, soon became a means of disseminating musicological knowledge, complementing his modern publications of early music for choirs. Establishing the idea of interstate gatherings, bypassing political and aesthetical borders, he played, until he died in 1909, a central role in the shaping of French musical taste.","PeriodicalId":42522,"journal":{"name":"REVUE DE MUSICOLOGIE","volume":"92 1","pages":"177-193"},"PeriodicalIF":0.3,"publicationDate":"2006-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.2307/20141647","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69119455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":1,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
