The performance of poor auditors in carrying out tasks can be affected by conditions where auditors are vulnerable to occupational stress. Working conditions that are less conducive can affect the performance of the auditor so as to influence the community's confidence in the auditor as an independent party in the auditing of financial statements. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. Method of collecting data using questionnaires shared directly on the internal auditor of the Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province. The data used in the research is the primary data collected through questionnaire surveys. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analyses and moderating regression analyses with interaction test approaches. The results showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on the performance of Auditors, role stress negatively affects the performance of auditors, psychological well-being is able to moderate spiritual intelligence to the performance of Auditors, as well as psychological well-being unable to moderate the role of stress on the performance of Auditors in the Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province. The implications of this research are expected to be the level of stress experienced by the auditor at the Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province can be solved by implementing spiritual intelligence. The Spiritual intelligence owned by the auditor when it supports the psychological well-being, then the auditor will be able to control itself and encourage to improve the quality of its performance.","PeriodicalId":424230,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced engineering, Management and Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125346731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Zare, Roya Mahmoudi","doi":"10.22161/ijaems.65.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22161/ijaems.65.2","url":null,"abstract":"The modern world has seen significant growth in the e-commerce industry in terms of volume and acceptance among customers. E-commerce has changed the behavior of shoppers depending on various factors such as easy accessibility and availability of a wider range of products and services. Now, customer retention has become a challenge for any company because there is so much competition. This article seeks to further understand the online customer experience and examine the customer experience in online sales and its impact on customer loyalty. However, empirical research on online customer experience and loyalty is scarce. The aims of this study are unique to two cases. The first is to examine the effect of online customer experience on customer responses to e-commerce retailer Digikala in Iran, given that two dimensions of online customer experience including empirical and emotional states are considered as customer experience evaluation tools. Each of these two dimensions is about explaining customer loyalty. Customer Experience is a new field of competition for brands to create an effective customer experience. This is the key to distinguishing brand names from one another, and lacking appropriate solutions for managing the customer experience will affect all aspects of the business, given the importance of the online customer experience in loyalty and maintaining a competitive advantage. Research is important and can have beneficial implications for entrepreneurship and formulating organizational strategies.","PeriodicalId":424230,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced engineering, Management and Science","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128865264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The descriptive method of research was utilized and the questionnaire served as the instrument for collecting data. Findings showed that the initial impact of the law that had already experienced by the selected farmers was the declining farm gate prices of “palay”. This situation affected their income and livelihood. Despite this problem, most of the farmers responded that they would continue in rice farming because this is the only way they know how to earn a living. As initial support from the government, most of the respondents received free certified inbred seeds and availed rice credit assistance with minimal interest rates. Additionally, they were given trainings to enhance their skills and knowledge of rice production.","PeriodicalId":424230,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced engineering, Management and Science","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125676615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system is a dry type rotary kiln equipped with a five stage cyclone type preheater, pre-calciner and grate cooler. The kiln has a capacity of 2,000 tons/day. Mass and energy balance has been performed for energy auditing. The energy lost from the kiln shell is about 4.3 MW. By using secondary shell on the rotary kiln about 3.5MW could be recovered safely. This energy saving reduces fuel consumption (almost 9%) of the kiln system, and increases the overall system efficiency by approximately 2–3%.","PeriodicalId":424230,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced engineering, Management and Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128969526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is especially so in Nigeria where new democratic dispensations are heralded by expensive electioneering campaigns. The funds for these campaigns are sourced from willing donors or through subtle coercion. Corporate organizations are easy prey to politicians. This paper is provoked by the frequency and blatancy with which corporate organizations in Nigeria donate to political parties and for political purposes without any sanctions despite the unambiguous prohibition in S.38 (2) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA). This exposes the inability of the provision to halt or reduce this practice to the barest minimum and also reveals the unpopularity of the provision. The paper argued that it is not possible to completely extricate organizations from the political dynamics in their host committees and proffered some mitigating factors which will make the provision more acceptable to the people and more respected. The paper discovered normative reasons why the prohibition in S.38 (2) of CAMA is largely ignored.It therefore recommended wide ranging amendments to the provisions so as to enhance compliance, improve its enforcement strategies, reflect present day realities and align it with International best practices.","PeriodicalId":424230,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced engineering, Management and Science","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124517842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
