The main problem in this study, namely the application of Law 35 of 2014 in the criminal act of sexual violence involving children as perpetrators and victims in PN Sungguminasa. The type of research used is Field Qualitative Research or field research, with a statutory and sociological approach. The source of this research data was obtained by observation, interview, and document review methods. Data processing techniques are carried out by pumping data, then processing qualitatively and described by explaining, deciphering, or providing an overview of the subject matter. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the application of Law No. 35 of 2014 in cases of sexual violence involving children in PN Sugguminasa has been implemented by the provisions in the legislation. Child perpetrators or victims have been given protection by applicable regulations. Design/methodology/approach – The research question is examined using a sample of PT. Bank SulutGo kantor cabang Manado employees. Path Analysis is used to test various research hypotheses and examine the extent of extra role behavior mediate the effect of organizational commitment and burnout on employee performance. Findings – First, there is a non-significant relationship between organizational commitment and burnout to extra role behavior. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance, while burnout has negative and non- significant relationship. Third, extra-role has positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Practical Implications – Based on this empirical finding should be concerned commitment to be used as a benchmark to improve employee performance. Besides that, it should be noted that for the banking sector extra-role behavior can be categorized as a work culture. Research Limitations – There is a need to extend the results and compare with other banking industries. This study aims to examine the risk of work accidents in the Tukad Ayung Bridge replacement project, especially at the stage of installing concrete girders. Qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources were used, collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation analysis. The Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method is used for data analysis. The findings revealed 24 types of work accident risks at seven stages of concrete block installation in the project including the concrete girder preparation stage, girder truss making, erection (setting segmental girder), prestressed steel installation (strand), cabel strand stressing work, concrete girder tendon grouting, and diaphragm installation stage. The results of the risk analysis on the concrete girder installation work on the Tukad Ayung Bridge replacement project, are in the moderate category, which is as many as 12 risks. Furthermore, as many as 11 risks are included in the high category. This research uses quantitative analysis methods with secondary data bases. To analyze the hierarchy in this study, scalogram analysis and Marshall centrality index were used, regional interactions were determined by gravity analysis and breaking point analysis. Bullying can happen anywhere, including at school, the workplace, and online environments. This research aims to understand bullying, causes of bullying, effects of bullying, and prevention of bullying. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that bullying is caused by several factors including peer environment, family environment and social status. This behavior also has negative effects, including disrupted physical health, mental health problems, and the birth of bullies. Problems arise when teachers in the field of physical education have difficulty in assessing the skills of their students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of self-assessment and peer assessment of bottom passing skills in volleyball in PJOK subjects at SD Kebumen. The method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection is carried out through a list of questions and techniques using the media. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the assessments carried out by students and teachers. The distribution of data in this study was normal with a significance value of 0.05, and the t-test value for the sample itself was 0.466, while for the pair sample was 0.919, which showed no significant difference. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome varies greatly in proportion to the diversity of criteria in determining the diagnosis of this syndrome. The criteria for metabolic syndrome are created by several health organizations, such as WHO, IDF and NCEP:ATP III. Many studies agree that the percentage of metabolic syndrome reaches a quarter of the world's population. Several factors such as poor lifestyle, unbalanced diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, sleep disorders, stress, and genetics are risk factors for the development of pathogenesis of this syndrome. Among the many pathogenesis pathogenesis, insulin resistance, neurohormonal activation and chronic inflammation are three pathogenesis pathways that are often associated with metabolic syndrome.
