In the early 1980s, he turned to such a direction as «village realism”, which is characterized by an appeal to the beauty of the surrounding reality, the life and work of peasants. \"Village Realism\" is also commonly seen as a reaction to the consequences of the Cultural Revolution and as a continuation of \"scar painting\". Cheng Conglin is currently working actively and productively, creating new modern works that modernize Chinese painting, including traditional painting. This article examines the features of the master’s paintings, examines stages in his creative biography, and studies the methods of his work. A review of student works revealed that students often lack spatial vision and the ability to identify valuable elements of the architectural and urban environment. We therefore suggest adding a new mandatory item, \"object research\", to the common algorithm of assignment completion, by analogy with the research phase in architectural design. The new algorithm has been described and tested on students when doing an assignment under the theme \"Urban Landscape\". Student works performed by the new and previous approach have been compared. The description of the algorithm outlines the specifics of working on an architectural drawing as a phase that precedes and lays the foundation for professional design activities. Sergeeva","doi":"10.47055/19904126_2024_2(86)_23","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47055/19904126_2024_2(86)_23","url":null,"abstract":"The issue of classifying the coloristic information contained in national costumes is considered as an invariable element of the external attributes of ethnonational identity using the case of the Republic of Udmurtia national costume. The research work employs a systems approach and general scientific research methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, generalization and systematization), as well as a number of special methods: historiographic analysis of research literature on the topic and methods of art historical analysis. The findings of this research works are as follows: the color codes in the national costumes of the peoples of the Republic of Udmurtia contain references to several key aspects of ethnonational identity: social status, marital status, age, and gender. The color codes also differ depending on geography: the northern costume of the Udmurts differs from the southern version both in cut and decor, and in the color scheme of the costume. Based on a survey carried out during the renovation of the facade of the \"Etalon\" furniture center (Irkutsk, Partizanskaya str. 63), this study identifies the main stages of analytical work required to be performed to tackle problems arising in the renovation of antiquated facades and walls by monumental decoration using art painting techniques. The principles revealed in the study formed a theoretical model, which demonstrates the phased analysis mechanism. The real-life possibilities and limitations associated with the inclusion of workplaces, recreational facilities for all-season use such as winter gardens, and built-in low-capacity DOW are considered. Climatope maps have been developed for Irkutsk and Baikalsk to enable the territory of these cities to be zoned allowing for microclimatic features. The main problem in this area is the inability to ensure the energy efficiency of such buildings using traditional methods and the need to apply special methods that can make architectural solutions energy-efficient without violating the concept of organic architecture. Support is provided in favor of using non-standard methods for improving the energy efficiency of buildings within the framework of the concept under consideration. The most appropriate methods to solve the problem of energy efficiency in relation to organic architectural solutions have been systematized. These conclusions may provide a basis for developing recommendations for the design and restoration of commercial buildings.
