The camera records live video streams, where the image is taken with the help of the interface. The system is train for every type of hand gesture (one, two, three, four, and five) at least once. After that a test action is given and the system tries to detect it. A proposed system in which hand gestures are detected using image processing. The system detects the number of fingers. The system finds separate fingers above the palm. The system first detects skin color in an image using a filter. The image goes through various steps of image editing to give the right amount of fingers. The system detects the nearest point from the decision point [1]. The system deletes the image according to the centroid point. After that many steps are applied to adjust the image to the effective image so that the fingers are exposed. The system finally detects the number of fingers and displays the calculation to the user. Research has been done on many algorithms that can better distinguish hand gestures. It was found that the diagonal sum algorithm provided the highest accuracy measure. In the progression phase, an automated algorithm removes the background for each training action. The image is then converted into a binary image and taken statistics for all the separated elements of the image. This amount helps us to distinguish and distinguish different hand gestures.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129783374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These hybrid antennas offers increased diversity for the user equipment or base stations with increased capacity and reduction of channel interference and multipath fading. It is often realized by focusing the radiation in projected direction or varying the traffic scenarios using suitable beamforming techniques. Several beamforming techniques often undergoes analog beamforming in the frequency band and wideband phase shifts are not harmonious to scheduled users. On other hand, beamforming techniques reduces the possible interference by redirecting the transmission towards the desired users but the condition may worsen with dense deployment. In this paper, we model the interference mitigation between beamforming antenna arrays using a scheduling algorithm that maintains optimally the complexity of beamforming. The experimental results show that the proposed scheduling algorithm is efficient enough to reduce the interference or mitigate the interference in MIMO systems.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129822323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The SC converter employs a switched-capacitor circuit augmented with the main converter circuit to the power source, thus providing unique features that cannot be attained by the traditional voltage-source inverter (VSI) or boost VSI. The additional features include doubling the area of the linear modulation region and eliminating both the large inductor in the boost dc-dc stage and the large filtering capacitor, which leads to a higher energy density and lower cost. The SC converter concept can be applied to all dc-ac, ac-dc, ac-ac, and dc-dc power conversions. To describe the operating principle and the control, we focus on one example: a bidirectional SC converter for dc-ac and ac-dc power conversion in electric and hybrid electric vehicles.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128794782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the current scenario, reducing the human to human contact in hospitals is required. In a bid to prevent doctors and medical staff from getting affected by Coronavirus the role of medicine delivering robots are evolving. We can attain the locomotion procedure of the robot using the principle of Radio-frequency identification (RFID) that automatically identifies and tracks tags attached to the objects. The movement and finding the path to patient location is done through a line follower and with RFID tag. Line following method is used to identify the path with help of two infrared sensors. The robot will move towards the patient's room by following a non reflective line and use RFID cards to identify the patient's room number. Using the vending machine the medicine delivery is made possible to the patients. All the measured parameters will be stored to the cloud using the application of the Internet of Thinking (IoT). As an essential characteristic of the smart grid, demand response can reschedule the user’s energy consumption to reduce the operating expense from expensive generators, and further to defer the capacity addition in the long run. Demand Response functions as a vital controller for the present electrical framework. From outsider see the interest reaction can be viewed as two connections, one related to customer viewpoint and the other is pertinent to energy supplier or market administrators. But both links are driven by the application of different computational techniques. Throughout the smart grid, the advanced computational technique has been properly utilized to enhance the outcome and capability of learning. The salient feature of this paper is to criticize the applicability of computational techniques for demand response. The paper explores major aspects such as DR issues, different computational techniques, and future extensions of demand response.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114529533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The conventional full adder design consists of 28 transistors which constitute high power consumption. Decreasing the transistor count decreases the power consumption in the circuit. A single bit full adder using a nine-transistor is implemented and using this adder, an eight-bit ripple carries adder is designed. A conventional CMOS adder, both single bit and 8-bit ripple carry adder remain also designed to compare the power outputs. Microwind-2.6a and DSCH 2.6 are used to acquire the power outputs of each circuit. To conclude, power comparisons for both single and eight-bit adders using the 9-transistor and conventional CMOS models are made.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127873704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
