Automated Moisture Remover for Drying Agricultural Products

Abstract

In a particular season, seasonal agricultural products are produced in huge amounts. The conservation of these food commodity products at various places is essential for their demand all across the year. To conserve agricultural products the drying is important for removing the moistures. The prior thing of this paper is to design and modelling an automated moisture remover which could be used for drying and preserving food materials. This dehydrator can be used to remove moisture thereby reducing product volume increase storage space of the products and also preserving the nutrients.
