The proposed LNA is based on four-stage configuration. The first and the last stage consist of CS transistors with resistive feedback topology while the second and third stage uses cascode configuration. At 25 GHz, this LNA attains a peak gain of 34.1 dB. With an input of 0.9V, the power consumed by the circuit is 17.3 mW. For achieving a good noise Figure of 2.7 dB at the output port, a $pi$ matching network is used. The values of S11 (input return loss) and S22 (output return loss) at 25 GHz are -22.3 dB and -23.7 dB respectively.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126307317","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, the food loss is a tragic evolution today due to the infectious diseases caused in the plants. This causes a major drift in the fall of crop production rate and no such remedy or measure has been invented so far to increase the production rate. The main aim for this project was to implement the use of automatic fertilizer spraying technique which reduces manpower. On the basis of the analysis done with the experiments the sample images are filled with complexity. Our paper is based on detecting the crop’s health by monitoring them and to cure them in case of any disease being detected. As today’s whole world is automated we go with the use of nil manpower as the IOT technology is introduced. Significantly, the affected part of the plant (leaf) is detected and the remedy for that is given in terms of the area being infected. With the IOT technology once the disease detected an immediate alert or signal is being sent to the concerned person.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125702532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It belimps due to the death of cells that produce dopamine’s in the substantia nigra part of the central nervous system (CNS) which affects the human body. People who have Parkinson’s disease feel difficulty in doing activities like speaking, writing, and walking. In the recent past, speech, gait and EEG signals have been investigated for the detection of PD. However, speech analysis is the most considered technique to be used. Researches have shown that 90% of the people who suffer from Parkinson’s disease have speech disorders. With the increase in the severity of the disease, the patient’s voice gets more and more deteriorated. The non-invasive treatments for voice analysis are available that helps in ameliorating the life quality of a patient. Thus, for building the telemonitoring and telediagnosis models for prediction, the speech analysis has been tremendously increased. The proper interpretation of speech signals is one of the important classification problems for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis. The main purpose of this paper is to contemplate the survey work of the machine learning techniques and deep learning procedures used for Parkinson’s disease classification. Deep learning and machine learning techniques have been used as a part of the discovery for the efficient classification of PD. The various classification models like support vector machines, naive Bayes, deep neural networks, decision tree and random forest are effectively employed for classification purposes. The analysis of results of different research works showed that both machine learning and deep learning algorithms have shown promising future and therefore paving a better way for the detection of Parkinson’s disease at its earlier stages. The classification accuracy achieved by the machine learning classifier. Among deep learning approaches, the deep neural network has achieved the best accuracy of 99.49%. The results obtained from different works suggest that artificial intelligence is becoming a powerful learning tool that has much to offer to data scientists as well as neurologists. In general the learning methods are adding value to decision-making problems especially in the field of medical diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127900274","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By applying a small constant voltage, the variation of the Skin Conductance (SC) can be measured non-invasively. In fact, when the subject responds to features such as emotionally loaded videos, images, positive and negative stimuli, etc., during which the human skin reveals information about the actions such as anxious, nervous, afraid, psyched, stoked and shocked stages. Through this process the electrical conductivity of the skin changes. Also, the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) is the measure of the variation in SC in response to the sweat secretion activity. The GSR is often referred as EDA or SC. In this paper, the existing techniques available for EDA measurement and treatment of a person are reviewed. This study summarizes, the EDA signal features, which signifies the autonomic brain system activity, which has wide applications in the psychological research domain.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132520337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It may harm the human body and the whole system. Therefore, leakage current reduction is necessary in the case of transformer less type PV systems. The fluctuating common-mode voltage, parasitic capacitance mainly contributes to the circulation of leakage current. By making the common-mode voltage constant, leakage current can be minimized. This article focuses on the reduction of this current leakage. A new topology has been presented in this article. The proposed topology has a clamping circuit of 4 switches and 2 diodes which ensure that during the positive and negative freewheeling the phase voltages must equal to 50% of the dc voltage to give unchanged common-mode voltage and little leakage current. The operating principle is addressed in brief and then the theoretical analysis is confirmed by simulation.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127586331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, the captured image is affected by noise, voltage, temperature fluctuations, and environmental conditions. Before image processing, the image must be pre-processed and unwanted pixel deviation should be removed to obtain a more accurate result. In image classification, the accuracy is directly proportional to the quality of the input image. This paper suggests a new way to remove speckle noise from input images using Glowworm Swarm optimization (GSO) and Wavelet Packet Transformation (WPT). The proposed technique is tested with several sample images and results were obtained with improved quality metrics. Various quality metrics such as Mean Square Error (MSE), Structural Similarity Index Metrics (SSIM), and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) are used to evaluate performance. From the analysis of the results, the proposed technique accomplishes better visual quality than the traditional methods.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130812471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To overcome this, embedded system applications are being used in the existing system. But it has a drawback such as valve power supply failure or valve coil failure which leads to burst of pipe-line and motor gets overloaded, which causes a severe loss to the cultivator. To avoid the above-mentioned problem, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and solar panel is introduced in the irrigation system which controls the entire system automatically. During day times if there is enough sunlight the power is obtained from the solar and the water is sucked out from the well and stored in the tank, later on it is used whenever there is a requirement of water to the irrigation land. It is a standalone system which does not depend on other power sources. After switching ON the motor using PLC, Flow Detector is used to detect the water flow in the pipe. If the flow detector could not detect the water flow within two seconds from the ON time, the motor will be switched OFF automatically by the PLC which prevents the burst of water pipe line. By adopting this method, the consumption of non-renewable energy resources can be minimized, and renewable energy sources can be utilized which will create an eco-friendly environment it also avoids the uneven distribution of water to the lands and reduces the manual operation. The proposed system can automatically control the valve and motor at the specified time intervals as required by the farmer or based on the moisture content of the soil.","PeriodicalId":422546,"journal":{"name":"2021 7th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131095083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
