However, the modern era of information and communication technologies opens up new aspects of this problem and the fundamental principles of the existence of these phenomena, allowing us to highlight the problem of virtual ontologies as one of the approaches to building a new vision of the structure of the modern world. The purpose of this article is to clarify the specific attributes of virtual space/time and study the projection of the transformations of society and culture under their influence. The rhetoric of the study is devoid of value judgments, so its results are useful both for theoretical research and for the practical implementation of verified principles in the content of modern socio-cultural practices.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85845173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The field of cosmology and efforts to define a more comprehensive theory (String Theory) have changed significantly since the 1960s; thus, it is time to refocus on the issue. This paper expands on ideas addressed by these two great physicists, specifically, the ultimate effectiveness of mathematics to describe nature. After illustrating how theoretical physic predicted discoveries, the concepts of established theories are summarized. Then, the “world equation” which combines all key physics theories is conceptually described. As the possible last piece of the puzzle, String Theory is briefly defined. And last, a cursory overview of an extreme proposal is presented — the world as a mathematical object. However, there is no fundamental reason to believe that math will allow mankind to completely comprehend nature. If math does not provide a comprehensive theory, nature will retain her secrets.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"1246 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90682260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This conceptualization attempt seems to be deliberate, given the considerable academic and societal demand for space exploration and popularization. The article demonstrates the institutional evolution of the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology from the initiative of a small group of scientists to the level of a serious research society, prominently presented in the global science, and the one that brings together the efforts of active researchers from dozens of countries. The article is aimed at distinguishing the history of formation and summarizing the achievements of the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology in a number of areas: space research, educational and political studies. Although the authors singled out these areas, each of them having a number of specific achievements, however, a mission, around which the activities of the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology unfold, unites them all.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"13 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73174244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process of transformation of separate values is considered. Thus, the value of awareness is disproved by the assertion that in the 21st century a huge amount of easily accessible information, on the contrary, caused the creation of a more concerned humanity, rather than a more informative one. Similar statements are made with respect to other key human values, such as: the value of knowledge, the value of communication, the value of speed, the value of flexibility and mobility, as well as the generalizing value that is the value of freedom. Their traditional positive assessment varies even to the opposite. Such a sharp change is necessary in order to avoid a catastrophe in reality; it may be a protective response of society in the context of its adaptation to the future.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87642530","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sociocultural factors of innovative development have been revealed. The present research has established the dual nature of innovations that finds itself in a symbiosis of an innovation and a creativity product. This fact allows us to view this phenomenon as a result of interaction of the economic and sociocultural spheres of society’s life activity: an innovative impulse arises from a person’s desire to gain an economic benefit, on the one hand, and from a desire to reach the originality that is specified by traditions of a certain culture, on the other hand. Consequently, innovative activity depends directly on socio-cultural values that determine human dispositions, habits and motivations. Sh. Schwartz’s calculation of value indices allowed us to reveal the human value priorities in twentyone countries of Europe in terms of their influence on person’s innovative dispositions, using the data body of International comparison project “European Social Survey” (2012-2016). It was shown that in the countries with dominant “Openness to Changes” values, inventiveness and innovativeness are more pronounced if compared to the countries where “Conservatism” values prevail. There has been demonstrated the special importance for innovative development of “Self-Transcendence” values that facilitate the formation of an environment favourable for implementing the institutional innovations. The research has proved that average Ukrainians have no value disposition to innovations. This fact creates a cultural barrier on the way of Ukraine’s innovative development and requires governmental impact on these processes.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"18 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72737769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is established that in ancient texts, for the most part, attention is focused on the general understanding of this concept, namely on the interpretation of σοφία as wisdom, practicality, and abilities. It is proved that in the Neoplatonic tradition, primarily in Plotinus’ works, σοφία acquires a cosmological character, and therefore in the ancient Greek culture, we can see the transformation of the understanding of this term in the displacement of its interpretation from purely earthly to heavenly. Philosophy of Plotinus, according to Alexei Losev, has a speculative-theoretical nature, which allows us to study the specifics of the abstract understanding of cosmology in ancient culture. Plotinus focuses his attention on such concepts as the One, the Mind, and the Soul. The specifics of the existence of the concept of σοφία is revealed through an appeal to the One in the philosophy of Plotinus. The One acts as an intermediary, which ensures the emanation of σοφία from God to the world. In the concept of Plotinus, the theory of the ascent of the soul from sensual fragmentation to spiritual concentration, when the mind concentrates in the One, is also important. Plotinus, accordingly, refers in this context to the concept of νους, which is an ideal world of forms. It is found that the external nature of this concept in Neoplatonism is revealed in the fact that σοφία refers not so much to earthly wisdom as to the understanding of man’s place in the universe. The Logos, which is realized on the basis of the Mind, Plotinus calls εἶδος, in relation to which the philosopher uses the term σοφία (wisdom, sophia). It is the main principle of the Plotinus’ aesthetics. Thus, in the center of Plotinus’ thinking is the problem of the unhappy situation of human in the world, the person who suffers. Accordingly, cosmology (and cosmogony) go alongside with the concept of Plotinus about the human. Plotinus tries to comprehend the reasons that led to such consequences. Sophia devoted a separate doctrine — sophiology. It is presented especially vividly in Russian philosophical thought. In particular, this article examines the concept of sophiology in the philosophy of Sergei Bulgakov, where the Sophia is the basis of the world’s ontological unity of the","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86758708","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors believe that this problem is due to the transition of modern society to the Information Age. Under the conditions of a space flight, when the vital functions of the crew and passengers of a spacecraft are provided and controlled by information and communication technology, the problem of moral values takes on special significance. Information technology, as well as their applications can be divided into three types. These are technologies that record (store), transmit (communicate) and organize information. The authors studied the features of the influence of each type of information and communication technology on moral values and artistic freedom in the microsocial group of a spacecraft. Solving the problem of moral values aboard a manned spacecraft is a sine qua non for artistic freedom during a space flight, the quality of the tasks associated with the colonization of the outer space and the development of material, energy and information resources of the universe.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"29 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78150482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, philosophy has increasingly subsumed into astrobiology concurrent with it steadily becoming an observational and experimental activity that mainly focuses on the link between life and the cosmos, rather than on extra-terrestrial life per se. However, the steadily increasing probability of locating such extra-terrestrial life and the questions this will lead to might require a refinement of astrobiology, with a bifurcation into astrobiology and astrophilosophy. There are many reasons for the emergence and necessity of astrobiology. One barely realized reason for its emergence, I will argue, is the dawning realization that biology, until now, has been under a geocentric limitation, which has unavoidably pervaded the perception of life. Additionally, as astrobiology can be said to be a long last movement away from this limitation, astrophilosophy represents a movement away from that limitation because philosophy has, strictly speaking, been restrained by the frames for one species, Homo sapiens. Thus, philosophy has, strictly speaking, been anthropomorphic. Thus, when philosophy, like astrobiology, incorporates the Copernican principle, assuming that terrestrial life, and the thinking of Homo sapiens, is not privileged in the universe, astrophilosophy emerges. Astrobiology and astrophilosophy are not competitors but are rather two distinct but complementary activities that address questions with their own well-defined methods and rigor while still informing each other in an inter-dependent manner. Astrophilosophy concerns questions that are philosophical in nature but are procured by an astrobiological perspective. By including scenarios procured by astrobiology, a number of questions regarding value, rights, communication and intelligence that could arise in the interaction between Homo sapiens and extra-terrestrial life can be addressed.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75670341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of a research that received by means of well-known and new synergetic methods, which have discovered zonal-and-wave nature of the examined phenomenon, are described. The discovered phenomenon has been designated as zonal capsulation of mine working with definition of gradients of stresses, density, temperature and other factors of a power condition of the massif with formation of ring energy zones, their quantities, amount and shape, sinusoidal-and-wave stresses and ring areas of deformation. The regularities of distribution of matter and energy in systems with various large-scale levels have been investigated and accepted as comparative data for confirmation of level of convergence of the received results. Increase in large-scale level of system from micro to mega-and macrolevel led to equivalent increase in density of a core, constant of gravitation and the period of fluctuation of a surface, and the period of attenuation of wave fluctuations and a ratio of the sizes of energy zones remained constant. The received sedate dependence of a ratio of the sizes of energy zones for the examined systems coincides with the established verification of sedate dependences that describing a ratio of the sizes of energy zones in mine working’s capsule which convergence reaches up to 100%.
