The hypothesis of the metallurgy occurrence in the stable communities of primitive miners is considered. The ideology component of important technological inventions, created in an environment where both these phenomena were extremely close, is shown. The organizational forms of mining activity in which sacred factors played an extremely important role from archaic mining communities to medieval religious orders (in particular, Cistercians) were analyzed. The role of traditions, beliefs and professional knowledge in the formation of the special mining communities’ nature from ancient time to the Middle Ages, their heritable resistance and isolation have been revealed. The possible ways of future mining progress are described, for which the scientists’ and entrepreneurs’ substandard ideas and predictions are used.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"54 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79721627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper has two main sections. The first section analyses various dimensions of the crisis which currently afflicts Christianity, including: the decline of religious faith and practices, the institutionalisation and system-like character of the doctrine, the departure from intellectual and moral standards, break the Christian vision of the world (cosmology) and the disregard for the spiritual needs of man. The second section envisions Christianity, which comprises the following: consideration for the democratic tradition, a transformation veering in the direction of pantheism in future cosmology, a renewal caused by bolstering spiritual experience and fulfilling the spiritual needs of man. According to the central thesis of the paper, overcoming the crisis of Christianity and ensuring its further development necessitates a return to the original meaning of the religion as a style of spiritual life, emphasising the element of spiritual experience.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"83 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77533299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The transition to a new view of the nature of reality essentially turns modern education to the defining meanings of Plato’s Paideia. The authors reinterpret greek paideia taking into account the current knowledge in science and philosophy. The methods used by the authors have complex crossdisciplinary character. They combine the following basic strategies: the history of ideas, analytics, comparativistics, and phenomenology. The authors conclude that the role of the teacher is changing in the Mental Universe Model or the “Evolving Matter,” which forms the basis of an idealistic paradigm. The teacher turns into an important actor of a student’s brain neuroprogramming, who is directly responsible for the quality of his work. The authors proposed three basic higher-level cognitive strategies by means of which the teacher embodies the reinterpreted and modernized achievements of the greek paideia. The interrelationship between a teacher and a student gains harmony and provides a joint ascent to the image of a higher idea or to universal consciousness if: 1) a teacher does not provide knowledge, but sets tasks and solves them with a student. 2) the full value of a student’s selfrealization depends directly on the usefulness of a teacher’s self-realization. 3) choosing a teacher, a student chooses his way of life.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74072583","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is believed that the existing international treaties and legal framework for the regulation of human activities in outer space requires close attention of researchers and thorough study. The main challenges posed by space exploration carry not only potential benefits, but also global threats and risks to the existence of human civilization. The content of the strategy for the development of the comic space is demonstrated taking into account the non-classical paradigm of philosophy and epistemology, which significantly delegitimize the content of modern ethical and axiological principles. This article summarizes the history of the formation of key neuro-programming technologies of the human brain as well as proves that the changes in the society’s worldview are caused by the possibilities and quality of neuro-programming technologies that society uses. Having influence over worldview stereotypes and behaviour set by the society, neuro-programming technologies essentially ensure the national security of any state and the peaceful coexistence of states in the regions and on the planet as a whole. Using historical and philosophical methods, methods of conceptualization, systematization, modeling, etc., the authors have come to the conclusion that the modern world lies in a confrontation of security strategies, in which neuro-programming technologies play a key role.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"36 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89386206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the article, the authors answer the question: how the change of cosmological paradigms affects the educational research. As a result of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that under the influence of the modern hypothesis of the Intelligent Matter and the Mental Universe rethinking of the subject and object of the educational research takes place. The subject of the educational research is the neural structure of the brain and the peculiarities of impact on it in ontogenesis, and the object of the educational research becomes the involvement of a neural structure in cosmic processes and the features of its development under the influence of the cosmos.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"77 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86660218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Popkova","doi":"10.29202/phil-cosm/21/3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29202/phil-cosm/21/3","url":null,"abstract":"The article analyzes the modern philosophical view of technique as the next step in the selfdevelopment of the universe, and shows its relevance for the analysis of problem of the controllability of technosphere. The applicability of various philosophical approaches to the analysis of technique for examining contemporary global problems is considered. Philosophy of technique, analyzing technogenic processes in nature and in society, offers various philosophical approaches, on the basis of which programs are developed to overcome the current civilizational crisis. It is shown that there are different views on its nature: the theoretical models obtained and the practical recommendations depend on the understanding of the technique. The traditional view of technique as a passive tool is not effective enough as a basis for philosophical analysis. An alternative concept is disclosed that understands technical progress as a stage of global evolution; its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Developed by modern science, the concept of global evolutionism allows us to see the similarity between the processes of nature change, characteristic for living matter and for technical reality. If we consider, as an evolutionary criterion, the scale of processing information or the ability to adapt, then technique stands at a higher stage of development than biological life. The self-organization of the global technical system has not yet been achieved and the formation of the artificial intelligence controlling it has not been completed, but humanity is actively working in this direction, confident that the emerging technosphere is just a tool for improving its well-being. The development of the evolutionary approach to technique leads to the conclusion that the problems of modern humanity are signs of the beginning of his involution, caused by the transition of evolutionary leadership to technical reality. The technique is already emerging from the power of man: perhaps attempts to preserve the former person or nature are opposed to the vector of evolution leading them to become elements of the technosphere. Although this approach does not take into account a number of modern concepts (sustainable development, controlled evolution, etc.), evolutionary approach to technique requires further analysis and development of a methodology for its verification and the derivation of possible recommendations for environmental performance. It is concluded that further philosophical search is necessary, since different views on technique serve as a basis for opposing programs to exit from the current environmental crisis. Change of ideas about the essence of technique leads to new, unexpected prognosis of the development of technogenic society and helps to take a fresh look at the prospects of achievement of the controllability of technosphere.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"58 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90020134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors have carried out their inquiry on the cyber-aggression in terms of the possibility of broadening of human potential by using the high-tech devices. Such inquiry was built upon the “The theory of war and peace” by Oleg Bazaluk. The authors came to the conclusion that cyber-aggression appears to be a typical form of struggle for existence, which is inherent in man, the state and civilization. Cyber-aggression, considered as a “natural way of human intelligent activity broadening by using the high-tech devices” provides the following: a) the transformation of civilization into a planetary force; b) exploration of cislunar and deep outer space; c) Universe-wide competition. The authors proposed a behavior model, specially developed for the contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations, which stipulates the transparency of intentions and proves: a) that terrestrial civilization’s cyber-aggression is a method of space exploration, rather than a desire for war and violence; b) that the Earthly civilization’s technologies are determined by its cultural history and manifest peace and benevolence.","PeriodicalId":42240,"journal":{"name":"Philosophy and Cosmology-Filosofiya i Kosmologiya","volume":"352 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80050207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
