Tujuan penelitian ini adalah megukur parameter fisik udara (suhu,kelembapan, pencahayaan), mendeskripsikan sarana sanitasi dan sarana prasarana bangunan , mendeskripsikan aktifitas pada Ruangan, dan mengukur jumlah angka kuman udara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif observasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kuman pada Ruangan di Puskesmas I Purwokerto Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa parameter suhu udara di Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto utara pada Ruang Poli gigi, Poli Lansia, Pemeriksaan Umum, Gizi dan MTBS masih ada yang belum memenuhi Syarat. rata-rata suhu ruangan 280C, Kelembapan rata-rata 45,75%, Pencahayaan rata-rata 867,5Lux, dan angka kuman udara rata-rata285.555 CFU/m3. Sarana sanitasi yang terdapat pada ruangan seperti lantai, dinding, langit-langit, Ac. Penelitian menyimpulkan Kondisi fisik lingkungan berupa suhu, kelembapan, pencahayaan, belum memenuhi syarat. Problems arise that is often found that the quality of groundwater used by the community is less qualified even in some places not worth to be consumed. For example ground water that smells, tastes, colored, turbid, contains iron (Fe) and Coliform (BPPT, 2010). The purpose of this research is to know the number of Coliform in digging well water, and to know the condition of sanitation of dug wells. The type of research used is descriptive research that aims to determine whether or not changes in dug well water after installation of chlorine diffuser in Selabaya Village Kalimanah District Purbalingga District in 2018. The results showed that the number of Coliform in dug well water still exist which is not in accordance with the applicable standards, after installed chlorine diffuser there are 3 dug wells are fixed, and there are 5 wells dug the water quality to be better. Therefore it is necessary to observe to know the cause of the incidence of Pulmonary TB disease covering wide of ventilation, lighting, humidity and temperature. The research method used is descriptive observasional that is by describing research variables by doing observation on physical quality of patient of Pulmonary TB with sample number 28 house. Utilization of vermicelli is still limited as a mixture of foods such as soup, soup, meatballs, kimlo and salad. Sohun is often used in vegetarian food or is added in drinks, sweets or dessert soups. Along with the use of vermicelli, consuming noodles should pay attention to the quality of the noodles. Improper quality of noodles can interfere with health, decreased health status due to poor sanitary hygiene conditions. The purpose of this research is to know the score of assessment of applying sanitation hygiene making of vermicelli at PT. Soka Indah Karangsoka Village Kembaran Sub-district Banyumas Regency In 2018. The results showed the scores of sanitation hygiene scores on the selection of foodstuffs were eligible because of the 100% score. Storage of foodstuffs, food processing, food transport, food packaging, food storage and sanitation facilities are not eligible for a score of 76%. Sanitary condition of making vermicelli as a whole did not meet the requirement because obtained score 58.4%. Hygiene sanitation making vermicelli PT. Environmental Protection Agency in the World Bank, estimates that 90% of air-fired PM10 contains sulfur dioxide (SO2). From the results of several studies known dust particles (PM10) can cause inflammation of the airways and can trigger the occurrence of asthma (Darmono, 2010 and ATSDR, 2011). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of PM10 exposure in air to respiratory system complaints. This type of research uses observational analytics. The method used is cross sectional. The sample in this study were 32 respondents exposed group and 32 respondents group not exposed. The results showed that the mean intake of PM10 was 0.16663 mg / kg / day in the exposed group and 0.04252 in the unexposed group. While percentage of respondents who have respiratory system complaints that is as much as 65.6% in the exposed group and 34.4% in the group not exposed. It is conclude based on the result of multiple logistic regression test that is variables that influence the respiratory system complaints yatu intake PM 10 with p value equal to 0,048 and history of respiratory disease with p value 0,039 (p value 0,05). Pneumonia is a respiratory disease that is still a public health problem. In 2016 found 3,005 cases of Pneumonia that occurred in Banyumas district. Pneumonia is a lot of happening in East Purwokerto area, which found 274 cases. The main purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of Pneumonia disease control activities in under-five children in terms of surveillance, determinants and control efforts. The research method was the descriptive method and the subjects were puskesmas office and 20 patients with Pneumonia. The general and specific data was collected through interview, observation, and field measurement. By 2015 until 2017 pneumonia sufferer detection coverage could not reach the target. The research result shows Pneumonia patient consist from 11 men (55%) and 19 women (45%). Pneumonia commonly occur toward 1-5 years old group of age. Pneumonia sufferers mostly occur in patients who have homes that do not meet the conditions of ventilation and lighting conditions that do not meet the requirements. The highest number of patients in the Arcawinangun area was 13 patients and the peak incidence of pneumonia occurred in April, ie 5 people (25%). The effects of chlorine in the short term cause ulcer disease and in the long term lead to liver and kidney cancer. The purpose of this research is to know the chlorine level in sohun noodle in Kemantran Traditional Market of Tegal Regency. The research method used with descriptive approach that aims to measure chlorine levels in sohun noodle in the Kemantran Traditional Market of Tegal Regency and to know the level of knowledge of sohun noodle traders with the number of samples of 5 traders of sohun noodle. The result of chlorine content in samples obtained 2 sohun noodles samples of positive using chlorine is sample B with chlorine level of 0.1 mg / L and sample C with chlorine level of 0.2 mg / L while the other 3 samples, were samples of sohun noodles A, D and E showed negative results using chlorine. And the knowledge level of sohun noodles traders in Kemantran Traditional Market of Tegal Regency is still bad. The research conclusion showed 2 samples of sohun noodles tested positive using chlorine and 3 samples of sohun noodles that were examined negatively using chlorine. Keberadaan DAMIU terus meningkat sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap air minum yang bermutu dan aman untuk dikonsumsi. Meski lebih murah tidak semua DAMIU terjamin keamanan produknya. Adanya bakteri coliform pada air minum yang melebihi standar maksimum berdasarkan Permenkes No. 492 tahun 2010 tentang persyaratan kualitas air minum dapat menyebabkan berbagai jenis penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas bakteriologis air minum isi ulang pada DAMIU di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 9 DAMIU 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU tidak memenuhi syarat higiene sanitasi DAMIU. Hasil Pemeriksaan Laboratorium terdapat 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan bakteriologis air minum sesuai Permenkes NO 492 tahun 2010 tentang persyaratan kualitas air minum. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dari 9 DAMIU yang diteliti 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU tidak memenuhi syarat kualitas bakteriologis air minum. Disarankan bagi pemilik atau pengelola DAMIU sebaiknya mengganti lampu UV yang pemakaiannya sudah melebihi 9.000 jam dan kapasitas UV disesuaikan dengan debit air yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan agar air minum yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat kualitas bakteriologis air minum. Based on the report of Banyumas District Health Office, the number of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever cases in Banyumas District in 2015 amounted to 264 cases, 2016 with 990 number, 2017 with 68 cases. the southern Purwokerto Kecamtan region from 2015 to 2017 with (IR = 2.20). The purpose of this research is to know the description of DHF incidence based on Epidemiology variable (person, time and place) in South Purwokerto Sub-district of Banyumas Regency 2015 until 2017. The type of research used is descriptive. Data collection is done by data search and interview. Data is presented in the form of narrative structures, graphs and tables. Data analysis is done by analysis of tables and graphs. The conclusions of the study were general patients between 16 - 55 years old with female gender and with the work of the Student. The time of the highest incidence of dengue cases was in January. The highest dispersion area is the Teluk district. And has been done dengue vector control periodically and continuously. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of heavy metal mercury (Hg) in the green shells that is sold in Purwokerto Banyumas Regency. The kind of this research is descriptive research. Green shells (pema viriois) samples that are inspected 3 samples. The respondent of this research are green shell seller at Puwokerto Banyumas regency as much as 3 respondents. The Inspection of mercury heavy metal content on green shell using SSA method at The Great Hall of Industry Pollution Prevention Technology (BBTPPI ) Semarang. The Result of merkury (Hg) heavy metals measurement from the green shellfish sample at DK seller 0,022 mg / kg, DKR seller 0,022 mg / kg, and SHS seller 0,021 mg / kg The green shell of DK sample is taken from Alam Indah Beach at Tegal, DKR sample is taken from Kartini sea at Jepara, and SHS sample is taken from Widuri sea Pemalang. The result of respondent knowledge about the danger of mercury (Hg) on the green shell is 28% of Mr A sample respondents, 24% of Mr B respondents and 42% of Mrs C respondents.
