Research purposes to describe and to know the quality and quantity of waste water of laundry in Sumampir Village. Type of research, descriptive research. The subjects 9 laundry business, parameters measured are phosphate content of waste water, detergent type, detergent composition, detergent dosage, volume of waste water, frequency of waste water disposal and waste water management from laundry business.The results 89% of laundry business with average phospate 0,76 mg/L (content appropriate) and 11% laundry business with phosphate level of 5.84 mg/L (did not appropriate), 67% of the laundry business used liquid detergent, soft and matic top load type and 33% of respondents used powder detergent, hard and matic front load, 44% of respondents did not use detergents according to the type of washing machine. Detergent composition used by laundry business that is 25% Total Surfactant, Antibacterial Agent, Sodium Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate and Natrium Carbonate 20%. The majority of the detergent dosage used by the laundry business is 23 ml. The average volume of waste water produced from 9 laundry business 1038.57 liters/day. Average frequency of waste water disposal from 9 laundry business 13 times/day and 100% laundry business does not manage the waste water and does not have a waste water treatment facilities. The purpose of this study to determine the quality of temperature and humidity in the home of patients with ARI in Gandatapa village, Sumbang sub district, Banyumas regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method by taking 49 houses or the total of patients with URIs by measuring in the sleeping room and family room. The result of the research showed that the patient of URIs in Gandatapa Village was known that the temperature in the sleeping room was eligible (73,47%) and the temperature in the eligible family room (83,67%), humidity in the eligible sleeping room (65,31%) and humidity in eligible family room (61,22%). Data analysis using table analysis, that is analyzed descriptively. As the result, it is known that from 86 houses, there are 52 houses (60.5%) with clean kitchen, 34 houses (39.5%) with dirty kitchen, 38 houses (44.2%) with house construction which is closed of mouse, and 48 houses (33.7%) with house construction which is not closed of mouse. The conclusion of this research is based on statistic test by using Chi-Square test, it is resulted sig score in the amount of 0.00 so sig0.005 means that there is relation between house construction and kitchen cleanness with mouse existence. Wood industry is one of the industries that produce pollutants in the form of dust. Dust-exposed workers are at risk for health and disease complaints, both infectious and non-infectious diseases (cancer). The purpose of this research is to measure the dust, temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind direction in production section of UD. Mandiri In Teluk Village of South Purwokerto Sub District Banyumas District. The type of research used is descriptive. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data is presented in the form of tables, drawings and narratives. The research results total dust content in production UD.Mandiri got the result of average 2,12 mg/m3 unders the standard Permenkes No. 70 of 2016 at work place the highest dust content is allowed is 10 mg / m3. Measurement of air temperature got the result of average 33,2oC exceeds standard (24oC-26oC). Measurement of air humidity got the result of average 58,8% under standard (65%-95%), Measurement wind speed got the result of average 0,16 m/s standard wind speed (0,15-0,25 m/s), result of wind direction determination more dominant towards the Northeast. The conclusion is total dust content in production UD.Mandiri exceeds the standard Permenkes No. 70 of 2016, air temperature exceeds standard, air humidity under standard, standard wind speed, dominant wind to the Northeast. The large of population is 67, while the large of sample is 35 sample. Analysis model that is used on this research is Rank Spearman. Data collection is done by measurement and observation. Mean of the measurement is, the number of airborne germs is 7871,43 CFU/m3, temperature is 27,35oC, humidity is 56,20%, lighting intensity is 154,63 lux, room density is 10,3 m2/TT. Analysis result for temperature and the number of airborne germs is p=0,465; (rho)=0,128, humidity with the number of airborne germs is p=0,828; (rho)=0,038, lighting intensity with the number of airborne germs is p=0,061; (rho)=0,320, density room with the number of airborne germs is p=0,885; (rho)=0,025, ventilation with the number of airborne germs is p=0,113; (rho)=0,273, means of air circulation with the number of airborne germs is p=0,636; (rho)=0,083. All of factors of independent variable is not in significant relation with the number of airborne germs (p value 0,05). Penggunaan insektisida telah dilakukan untuk pengendalian vektor Demam Berdarah dalam waktu yang lama. Insektisida Golongan Organofosfat jenis malathion telah digunakan sejak tahun 1991 dan sudah tidak digunakan lagi sejak tahun 2013 di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status resistensi terhadap insektisida golongan organofosfat pada populasi nyamuk Aedes Sp di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan uji biokimia. Jenis penelitian ini eksploratif. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji biokimia (uji mikroplat/ uji enzimatis). Peningkatan aktivitas enzim esterase dibaca dengan menggunakan ELISA reader dengan panjang gelombang 450 nm. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa di Desa Kedungrandu nyamuk resisten 8,33%, nyamuk toleran 66,67% dan rentan 25% sedangkan di Desa Sidamulih nyamuk toleran masih 90,9% dan nyamuk rentan 9,1%. Hasil uji statistik independent T-Test dengan nilai siginifilkansi =0,565, menunjukkan bahwa pemeriksaan kandungan enzim esterase di dalam tubuh nyamuk diantara kedua desa tersebut dinyatakan tidak ada perbedaan, artinya paparan insektisida organofosfat yang diterima oleh nyamuk Aedes Sp dikedua desa tersebut relatif sama.Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu status resistensi nyamuk Aedes Sp terhadap insektisida golongan organofosfat di Desa Kedungrandu 8,33% nyamuk dinyatakan resisten sedangkan yang toleran Desa Sidamulih 1,36% lebih tinggi dibandingkan Desa Kedungrandu. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Obyek penelitian diantaranya 1 pelaksana Program penyediaan Air minum dan sanitasi berbasis masyarakat di Dusun Tambiyu Desa Aengdake Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara, dan lembar observasi yang menggambarkan program penyediaan Air minum dan sanitasi berbasis masyarakat di Dusun Tambiyu Desa Aengdake. Jenis Penelitain observasi analitik dengan pendekatan case control jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang, 35 sebagai kasus dan 35 sebagai kontrol. Variabel yang diteliti adalah ventilasi, pencahayaan, jenis lantai, jenis dinding, kepadatan penghuni, kelembaban, suhu, kebiasaan merokok, penggunaan bahan bakar memasak dan penggunaan obat nyamuk. Hasil analisis menunjukan faktor lingkungan fisik rumah yang memiliki hubungan adalah ventilasi (p=0,000 , OR=14,222), kepadatan penghuni (p=0,000, OR=15,000), kelembaban (p=0,026 , OR=5,053), suhu (p=0,026 , OR=3,574). Untuk analisis multivariate yang paling signifikan adalah kepadatan penghuni (p=0,000 , OR=17,297) dan ventilasi (p=0,000 , OR=9,611). Pada variabel pencahayaan, jenis lantai, jenis dinding, kebiasaan merokok, bahan bakar memasak dan penggunaan obat nyamuk tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan akan tetapi beresiko. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor lingkungan fisik rumah dan PHBS dapat menjadi faktor resiko terjadinya penyakit ISPA. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan yaitu ventilasi, kepadatan penghuni, kelembaban, suhu. Angka kuman udara dapat disebabkan oleh aktivitas penghuni, sehingga dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui efektivitas Shokivi Desinfection terhadap penurunan angka kuman udara pada ruang kelas gedung R2 lantai 2 jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan Purwokerto Kampus 7 Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian time series pre test – post test design. Hasil pemeriksaan angka kuman udara pada ruang perlakuan diperoleh hasil rata-rata angka kuman udara sebesar 150,25 koloni/jam/feet2. Hasil penghitungan efektivias shokivi desinfeksi dalam penurunan angka kuman diperoleh hasil 30,57 %. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian bahwa ada perbedaan yang tidak signifikan efektivitas Shokivi Desinfection terhadap penurunan angka kuman udara pada ruang kelas gedung R2 lantai 2 Kampus 7 Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang tahun 2018.Disarankan sebaiknya penggunaan shokivi desinfection diseuaikan dengan volume ruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan software pengolahan data klinik sanitasi dengan menggunakan website AKSI PINTAR (Analisis Klinik Sanitasi Pintar) di Puskesmas 1 Kembaran. Jenis penelitian adalah Research and Development (RD). Subyek yang diteliti adalah petugas sanitasi, cara dan hasil pengolahan data klinik sanitasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kemudian dibuat pengolahan data dengan computer berbasis website “AKSI PINTAR”. Hasil penelitian berupa software untuk pengolahan data klinik sanitasi khususnya penyakit diare yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan maupun perencanaan dengan cepat. Dengan website AKSI PINTAR petugas klinik sanitasi terbantu dalam mengolah data klinik sanitasi menjadi informasi kesehatan dengan cepat dan mudah secara efektif, efisian dan sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 13 Tahun 2015. Pengolahan data klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas 1 Kembaran yang semula hanya meliputi dilakukan dengan cara manual berhasil dirubah menggunakan software berbasis website AKSI PINTAR. Disarankan website AKSI PINTAR dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengolahan data klinik sanitasi Puskesmas 1 Kembaran dan dikembangkan untuk digunakan seluruh puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas.
