It will bring great changes for the organizations in both business ecosystems. In the paper we not only find the boundaries of Broadcasting Ecosystem and Telecommunications ecosystem but also find the boundaries of the new ecosystem that we call Information Ecosystem from the academic point. The article establish accounting frameworks of energy performance index(EPI) based on Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI) decomposition technology which considering the activity effect, structure effect, intensity effect of energy consumption, and enumerate various accounting systems in the world. Then analyze the energy consumption of Beijing during 2000 to 2008 by the accounting frameworks. It is a rising challenge for the network operators to understand network user behavior. In this paper, we use the Postgres to sort the data records which are caught and extracted from the network monitoring equipment. Then we analyze the characteristics of the data by SPSS, such as login time, logout time, on-line duration and log times and the relationships among them. We extract the main feature, and then use the K-MEAN algorithm to classify the users and carry on the corresponding description. Only by understanding and handling the relationship properly among them can we promote technological innovation to realize rapid economic development. When the designer's R&D investment and manufacturer' R&D investment both are unobservable information, the manufacturer and designer may incur moral hazard after contracting. The manufacturer designs the revenue sharing contract in order to reduce the double moral hazard. We find that the fraction of supply chain revenue the designer keeps only depended on his degree of important in outcome. By reasonable distributed supply chain revenue the contract can coordinate the supply chain system. Based on the data of non-state owned listed companies in China, we find that as an informal institution, Political relationship helps companies to obtain more long-term loans. However, from a social perspective, such a credit resource allocation is inefficient because the companies obtaining loans via relationship are more likely to overinvest. At present the most researches on precise support analyzed related problems under an ideal situation that network environment is good and information can be fully shared. But in fact information equipments had inherent formidable vulnerability and they might be attacked as emphasis by opponent, which will result in the failure of traditional precise support. Aiming at this condition, this paper proposed a kind of decentralized precise support mode, which used multiple local centers in different area to autonomous support. Under this mode the key information transmission will be prior to consider so that more global support requirement can be meet. This paper discussed the feasibility of this decentralized support, application modes and related strategies.
