The index system of crossing-site selection is setup based on detailed analysis of river crossing operation and its requirements in wartime. A fuzzy matter-element model is built up in view of the fuzziness and incompatibility of the indexes, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, with quantifying the qualitative indexes by linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers. The grey relational analysis theory is used to calculate the value of index weights, to reduce the subjective randomness. The multi-objective selection problem is transformed into the single-object decision by Euclid approach degree. The example shows that the method is very practical and the result is objective. Though the laser barcode scanner is very popular, yet it is lack of mobility. So we want a portable scanner as a substitute, without a doubt, iphone is a good choice. In this paper we present an algorithm for the EAN-13 barcode recognition on iphone. The algorithm can be divided into four parts: image pre-processing, edge detection, image segmentation and image decoding. This miner's lamp monitoring and control system is composed of a central control station and a number of miner's lamp charging nodes. The central control station of miner's lamp monitoring and control system is constructed with the embedded microcontrollers S3C2410A based on ARM9, the chip CC2430 having ZigBee wireless communication technology and the corresponding interface circuit; The chip CC2430 including 8051, sampling circuit and the corresponding sensors are used to construct miner's lamp node. Zigbee is used to communicate wireless between central control station and miner's lamp node. This system achieves monitoring and control of the state of charge on the miner's lamp, and the high effective control and management on use of miner's lamp.
