摘要

建筑能源绩效指标是实现节能减排目标的客观需要,为实施相关政策措施提供决策支持。本文基于对数平均除法(LMDI)分解技术,建立了考虑能源消耗活动效应、结构效应、强度效应的能源绩效指标核算框架,列举了世界上各种能源绩效指标核算体系。然后运用该核算框架对北京市2000 - 2008年的能源消耗进行了分析。结果表明:EPI为0.815,能效提升18.5%,第二产业对能效提升起着重要作用;此外,能源强度的提高对能源消耗的负面影响最大。
