The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the environment on physiological responses and surface temperature and body regions of dairy goats in the eastern region of Maranhão. The experiment was conducted in the goat sector of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão Campus Caxias. The physiological parameters evaluated were: rectal temperature (RT), respiratory rate (RR), heart rate (HR) and surface temperature (TS) and temperatures in different body regions of the animals. The physiological evaluations were performed from records, in two daily measurements, at 9 and 15h, three times a week, in alternating periods according to the 4 x 4 (double) experimental design with four replications. Data were subjected to analysis of variance and averages were compared by Tukey at 5% probability using SAS software. Physiological parameters were not affected by diets and collection times (P>0.05). The highest surface and body temperature of the animals were observed during the afternoon shift compared to the morning shift (P<0.05). The stationary phase involves the reaction of 1% Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) with soil sample and Silver Nitrate impregnation (AgNO3) in the filter paper. The mobile phase involves absorbing the filter paper from the Sodium Hydroxide solution with soil. Currently the Plana Circular Chromatography (FCC) indicates a reading of the life quality of the soil through the harmony of colors and drawings between mineral, organic, energetic and electromagnetic components. This inter-relationship consists of the metabolism of the living soil as well as the availability and efficiency, being the solubility, concentration, constancy and biological quality of the nutrients. In Brazil, the analysis method has been widely disseminated in the agricultural sciences. However, the challenge in interpreting the broad spectrum of chromatogram results was based on the writing of this article whose goal was to accomplisha systematization of the main methodologies of analysis of results and interpretations of the zones formed by chromatograms as well as of innovative searches outside and within Brazil. The results present research with the characterization of types of management and productive arrangements of various soils. Also, with the use of software analyze image properties, distribution and particle numbers for determining tonality degrees, saturation and color entropy. And through experimental statistics the correlation of these chromatographic patterns and mineral and organic content of chemical soil analysis results. It is concluded that the advancement in methodologies of understanding of the FCC's results showed significant growth in the last decade, with the use of high-precision scientific and technological methods, opening the possibility of consolidating the FCC method as a real instrument for soil health analysis as well as compounds. This article presents itself as a reading for the practice of new methodologies that lead to greater understanding of chromatograms.","PeriodicalId":419896,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL.","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114078887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nesses constituintes, as cetonas, ésteres, aldeídos, álcoois, fenóis e também os compostos terpênicos, se destacam, podendo ter mais de 300 constituintes químicos diferentes. No entanto, a composição química de um óleo vai variar de acordo com a origem da planta, com a época de plantio e colheita, entre outros fatores. Os óleos essenciais podem ser extraídos através de vários métodos, como a hidro destilação, a prensagem a frio, turbo destilação, e outros. Na hidro destilação, método utilizado para a obtenção dos óleos essenciais neste trabalho, foi utilizada a parte aérea (folhas e inflorescências frescas), as quais foram submetidas à hidro destilação em aparelho graduado Clevenger, usando-se 100 g de folhas, em 1000 ml de água destilada, em temperatura máxima de 100 °C até atingir a fervura. Os óleos essenciais vão além das propriedades aromáticas, suas constituições os tornam indispensáveis nas indústrias, tanto de perfumaria, como de cosmética, ademais, possuem interessantes e importantes propriedades biológicas e/ou farmacológicas, estas podem ser antimicrobiana, inseticida, analgésica e anti-inflamatória. Os óleos essenciais merecem atenção especial quanto ao seu armazenamento. Dessa forma, devem ser conservados em garrafas de vidro escuro ou em eppendorf com papel alumínio para impedir sua deterioração pela luz ou ar, além do cuidado com o armazenamento a baixas temperaturas, com tais cuidados, os óleos essenciais podem ser considerados “frescos” até dois anos de sua extração. However, this method should be evaluated from the perspective of the operator's health, as it is subject to the vibrations that these machines may transmit during the execution of their work activities. Occupational vibrations can cause spinal problems, increase the risk of low back disease, vascular, neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. From this perspective, the objective was to quantitatively evaluate the occupational vibration acting on an agricultural tractor operator with attached subsoiler implement while performing the subsoiling operation in an area intended for eucalyptus planting. The technical procedures adopted were those established by Occupational Hygiene Standard 09: Assessment of Occupational Exposure to Fundacentro Full Body Vibrations. The instrument consisted of a Larson Davis model HVM 200 integrating human body vibration meter and a properly calibrated triaxial Seat Pad type accelerometer that was attached to the tractor seat. The tests were performed in two areas of terrain with variation in the amount of forest residue and humidity, characterized as Test A (field boundary) and Test B (field interior). The tests demonstrated acceleration values resulting from normalized exposure above the tolerance limit in both scenarios (higher in the field boundary area), indicating the need for immediate corrective action, as continued exposure of the worker to these conditions may be bringing harm to your health.","PeriodicalId":419896,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL.","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134088691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Brazil has a large coffee production park with about 2.2 million hectares, comprising 15 states, the largest producers are Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo. Coffee quality depends on several factors such as: chemical composition, grain conservation, roasting and brewing method, each species will have its own chemical composition, so the raw beans of different species after the roasting process generate different drinks, with its own sensory characteristics. Chemical components can be volatile and nonvolatile, directly influencing flavor and aroma, phenolic compounds are responsible for volatile aroma, within phenolics there are chlorogenic acids that have antioxidant capacity, caffeine is an important alkaloid for taste and aroma. aroma of coffee drink. Identification of organic compounds and crystallinity can be done using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD), respectively. The objective of the present work is to identify caffeine and chlorogenic acids in arabica and conilon coffee by FTIR and XRD. The arabica and conilon coffee beans were donated by the Ouro Verde Coffee Industry and Trade, roasted at 170 ° C for 12 minutes, then ground by hand grinder. Identification analyzes were performed by FTIR and crystallization was obtained by XRD. From the generated FTIR spectra it was observed the presence of caffeine and chlorogenic acids in the coffees, but less expressive than the standard. For the XRD spectra, the characteristic caffeine peak of 11.7 ° was not observed in the coffee spectra, due to the interaction with other compounds that interfere with caffeine expression. Thus, through the FTIR method it was possible to identify caffeine bands and chlorogenic acids in coffees, by XRD it was not possible to identify caffeine peak in the samples.","PeriodicalId":419896,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL.","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127646104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of this research is to assess the perception of high school students in the subject of Biology as well as to evaluate their mastery in relation to the contents taught in Youth and Adult Education in a state public school in the town of Uruçuí PI. 35 students participated in the research and all participants signed the Informed Consent Form. For data collection a semi-structured questionnaire was used that was filled out by the students of the institution, chosen in two classes of the 1st gradeand two of the 3rd grade. The results indicate that the public that seeks this type ofeducation mostly are young workers and students with previous failures. The mainreason why they choose to study EJA is the opportunity to study at night and the possibility of completing their studies in a short time. It was noticed that students face difficulties in the contents of Cytology and Genetics in the subject of Biology because they are complex and difficult to assimilate with reality. Finally, it was contacted that there is a need to apply methodologies that facilitate the teaching-learning of this subject for better assimilation of contents by students of EJA.","PeriodicalId":419896,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL.","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133282117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is fundamental for the development of the child's personality, and can have an end in itself or be used as a resource for the acquisition of learning. When taken as a pedagogical element, the game seeks something more than the simple act of playing. In this work it is argued that the previous experience of children with games can be configured not only as a motivating factor in science classes, but also contribute to the teaching and learning of content of this discipline. The objective of this article is to describe the possibilities of a board game that uses elements of RPG, developed to teaching and learning of Science in the initial years of the Primary School. With regard to the commute between their homes and the university, the lack of public transportation in the city, leads us to observe a new concept of mobility in this area, which although recent is already widespread and organized in several other universities by country: shared mobility, which mainly consists of facilitating the travel of those in need by rides, thus reducing the number of cars on the streets and reducing environmental pollution; Given this context the present work aims to analyze the initiatives of hitchhiking at UFRA, which are inserted in the panorama of collaborative mobility of the city, considering its intense need to absorb the needs of this contingent of academics, as to observe the acceptance of students to these initiatives. Thus, the quantitative analysis of the research was performed by collecting data obtained through an online questionnaire, directed to the entire academic community. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the results showed that the university has a high demand of students willing to ride as well as use applications for both solidarity ride and for the use of low cost alternative transport, in an attempt to supply the need for university transport in the municipality of Capanema and facilitate daily life.","PeriodicalId":419896,"journal":{"name":"DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E VALORIZAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: CAMINHOS PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO E SOCIAL.","volume":"255 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124011040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
