Modification in food seeks to enhance quality and strength while maintaining important sensory characteristics of that product in order to add commercial value. In coffee crops, gene isolation seeks to increase species productivity and quality. Currently in Brazil, the most cultivated species are C. arabica and C. canephora, with characteristics of low genetic variability and great geographic extensibility, respectively. The objective of the following study was, through bibliographic reviews, the current genetic manipulations applied to coffee cultivars of Coffea canephora (Robusta and Conilon) and Coffea arabica (Arábica) species, as well as to study the consequences of such modifications in the crops. For this work we used scientific articles and patents found on the following data platforms: Web of Science Scielo, Researchgate, Springer and Agritop; the determined chronology was from 2015 to 2019, totaling 10 articles and one patent. The results showed that the most used transformation methods were through Agrobacterium mediation, particle bombardment and propagation of plants in vitro, whose direction proposes the development of species in order to boost the economy and propagate coffee species with shorter planting time. . It is concluded that the most used method is through Agrobacterium mediation, with emphasis on A. tumefaciens species. The use of adulterated fuel has several consequences, the first to be noticed, mainly by consumers, is the functional damage caused to the vehicle. Using solvents causes damage to the entire automotive power system and also causes irreparable damage to the electric fuel pump engine. The amount of ethanol (ethyl alcohol) in regular gasoline in addition to changing the energy release for the operation of car engines can also influence the price of fuel, since by relating the same amount of ethanol and regular gasoline, the second has a commercial price. well above the first. The research was carried out with samples of different gasoline collections at two gas stations, in order to avoid collecting the same gasoline samples. Nesse sentido, o professor como mediador, deve criar conexões com os saberes abordados durante as aulas aos conhecimentos prévios dos alunos. Nesse contexto, o ensino de genética muitas vezes permanece centrado em metodologias baseadas apenas na transmissão e recepção de informações, através de aulas exclusivamente expositivas. Desse modo, é necessário que o docente como mediador do processo de ensino e aprendizagem utilize estratégias que permitam ao aluno, ser um protagonista na construção do conhecimento. Nessa perspectiva, os jogos didáticos são uma ferramenta metodológica importante e consequentemente facilitadora no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. O presente estudo teve como objetivo, analisar as contribuições do uso de um jogo didático no ensino de genética, desenvolvido no formato role-playing, para alunos de ensino médio, neste caso, o presente recurso foi utilizado no em uma instituição federal de ensino, no mês de agosto de 2019. Foi realizado um contato inicial com a profissional docente responsável por ministrar a disciplina de biologia, a fim de discutir o planejamento de execução desta proposta. Em seguida, foi agendada a execução do jogo no laboratório de informática da respectiva instituição. Por fim, os alunos foram convidados a responder um questionário eletrônico, objetivando verificar a opinião dos mesmo a respeito do uso da experiência metodológica proposta. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios, uma vez que foi notória a receptividade dos alunos em relação ao jogo, além da comprovação dos mesmos de que a falta de recursos como este pode prejudicar a aprendizagem. Desse modo, os jogos educativos, se bem planejados e executados, são de extrema relevância no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos conteúdos da genética. One of its niche markets is the exploitation of its grains in the milky phase, aiming at serving the “in natura” market, being popularly known as green corn, representing a source of income, especially for family farmers in small and medium properties. Several factors influence the productivity of maize, among them the correct management of soil fertility, because the success of production necessarily requires the assertive use of fertilizer. From this perspective, the objective of this research was to evaluate the response of green corn crop to different doses of nitrogen and phosphorus in ear production. The experiment was conducted at Sítio Madeira Cortada, located in rural Missão Velha-CE. The soil of the experimental area is classified as typical Red Yellow Latosol. Two experiments were conducted simultaneously, aiming to verify the effect of nitrogen and phosphate fertilization individually. Both experiments followed the randomized block design with four treatments and six blocks, totaling 24 experimental plots each, consisting of four fertilizer doses (0, 25, 50 and 100% of the recommended dose). Each experimental plot consisted of four rows of maize spaced 0.9 meters, 4 meters long, and the useful plot consisted of the two central rows, each one meter long. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and F test and submitted to polynomial regression test. The program used to analyze the data was SISVARUFLA. The variables stem diameter, ear length did not differ significantly for nitrogen and phosphorus dosages, while ear diameter was significant at 5% in both nutrients. The variables ear mass number of ears per hectare, number of commercial ears per hectare. The nitrogen content of 100% (120 kg of N ha-1) resulted in the best results in ear production.
