The amount of the phosphate precipitant was calculated to enable 100 % precipitation and the ratio of RE elements in the melt corresponded to that of RE fission products found in spent nuclear fuels. Molten salt was stirred with various rates during the precipitation. Because the inhabitants of the skin phototype are in the special risk group for melanoma, it is necessary to carry out preventive diagnostics regularly. Long distances and a small population of the territory of the circumpolar region allow the creation of specialized dermatological centers only in large settlements. In the remaining points, general practitioners examine the patients. The quality of diagnosis of skin diseases depends largely on the experience and qualifications of the doctor. For high-quality diagnostics, general practitioners need a device that allows for several indicators to give an expert assessment of a neoplasm. We performed first principles computer simulations of the carbon dioxide (CO2) molecule adsorption on a ZnO surface in various configurations and location on the surface. It is shown that the tridentate configuration is the most energetically favorable, the binding energy of the molecule weakly depends on the surface coverage. The presence of intrinsic defects on the surface, such as an oxygen vacancy, leads to a small reduction of the binding energy. It is shown that even in the case of a one-dimensional map, the presence of a random perturbation leads to the spiking. Two mechanisms of spike generation caused by the random behavior of one of the parameters are investigated. We show that the coexistence of two attractors is not the only prerequisite for the occurrence of spiking. The confidence domain method based on stochastic sensitivity function is successfully applied to predict the level of the noise intensity necessary to the spike generation. The main statistical characteristics of interspike intervals depending on the noise intensity are demonstrated.In this paper a piecewise discontinuous Rulkov neuron model is considered. The paper presents research results conducted in two stages. In the first phase criteria for evaluating agile project management were identified using expert survey and Kendall rank correlation analysis. In the next phase, comparative analysis of existing method for evaluating project management effectiveness was conducted by the authors. The result of the comparative analysis was a list of the best practice of existing methods. Based on the results of the previous stages of the study the method for evaluating the agile project management effectiveness in information technology enterprises was developed. The proposed method takes into account the features of the agile concept and the best practices of existing methods and techniques. The method includes 8 stages, each of which is necessary to obtain the planned result. The peculiarity of the proposed method is that it can be used for current and posteriori evaluation, as well as the method consists of both quantitative and qualitative indicators. The proposed method was tried out in projects of information technology company Abak-Press. The approbation results led to the conclusion that the developed method can be used in practice of information technology company.The article deals with a method for evaluating the agile project management effectiveness in information technology enterprises.
