High-performance thermal interface materials (TIM) primarily thermal pastes are indispensable to application. A number of filler materials: ceramics (aluminum nitride, silicon carbide, alumina) metals (aluminum, copper) and graphite were considered to apply. The data containing average particles size, specific surface area, and maximal volume and mass fraction for various materials was obtained. The thermal conductivity of samples with aluminum and graphite dramatically exceed values obtained within mathematical models’ calculation. The highest thermal conductivity values were obtained for SiC (1.37 W/(m·K)), AlN (1.09 W/(m·K)), C (2.85 W/(m·K)) and Al (1.20 W/(m·K)), that mad the mentioned above materials the most promising for high-performance thermal pastes.","PeriodicalId":418936,"journal":{"name":"PHYSICS, TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATION (PTI-2019): Proceedings of the VI International Young Researchers’ Conference","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121388997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are also found in pathological pathways of various diseases. Their activity in tissues may be analyzed with a histopathological examination. In this preliminary study, we apply a deep learning approach for analysis of an original dataset of mast cells stained by toluidine blue. UNet and a convolutional neural network are applied for cell segmentation and classification, respectively. The result allows for the proposal of a methodological consideration for the subsequent full study. Basic deep learning approaches reach 66.64% segmentation accuracy when measured with the Dice coefficient and 81.36% class accuracy when the training dataset is measured with the categorical accuracy metric.","PeriodicalId":418936,"journal":{"name":"PHYSICS, TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATION (PTI-2019): Proceedings of the VI International Young Researchers’ Conference","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126854937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
