Differential median calibration method based on four-wire platinum resistance temperature compensated constant current source is proposed in accordance with the characteristics of temperature control in the course of beer fermentation. This method can guarantee accuracy of temperature detection in a small temperature range, has an edge small amount of work, rapid detection, low-cost and high-precision. Molecular beacon is a hairpin-shaped fluorescent probe, which can hybridize with target sequence that is complement to its loop sequence. The specificity of molecular beacon is as high as single base mismatch detection. In this paper, molecular beacon is as for probe, to separation and detection all of the independent sets, finally by observing the fluorescence to determine whether or not the solution is existence. At the same time, in the establishment of the initial data pool, only one type of DNA molecules was synthesized. In the calculation process, the model does not require the restriction enzyme digestion, gel electrophoresis etc.. Therefore, a low-density parity-check code(LDPC code) is adopted as a FEC code. Quasi-cyclic LDPC code(QC-LDPC) code is an important branch of LDPC code research. IEEE 802.16e proposes a parity-check matrix with quasi–cyclic character which makes the encoding very simply. This paper introduces the encoding process and several decoding algorithms for LDPC including Log-BP algorithm, Min-Sum(MS) algorithm and modified MS algorithm. To control the cured depth of resin and fabrication accuracy, an illuminance measuring system using silicon photocell is developed. The illuminance measuring system consists of MCU, silicon photocell, gain adjustment circuit, I/V switching and amplifying circuit, RS-232 communication interface, LCD module and keyboard. The light illuminance signal received by silicon photocell is converted to weakly electric current signal, and current signal is converted to voltage signal and magnified via I/V switching and amplifying circuit, then the voltage signal is input to MCU to be processed. In terms of digital signal and the sensitivity of silicon photocell, the real illuminance value can be calculated. Measuring results are displayed with LCD and sent to PC with RS-232 communication interface. The concept of relative regret and absolute regret of satellite town’s traveler were defined, and the expressions correspond to the relative regret and absolute regret also was defined. The relative regret was introduced to the Logit model of travel choice, and was computed by an example. The paper believed that the drivers are not always choose the links which has the least travel time, but choose the links based on considering the relative regret and utility. This paper focuses on the problem of parameter selection for region-growing method, which is one of the most popular segmentation techniques in object-oriented classification of remotely sensed imagery. The presented method selects the suitable parameters by means of training sample areas of each class chosen from an image. The traditional lubrication system easily leads to lubrication failure for unreasonable design and poor management. A new lubrication system adopting distributed architecture is introduced in this paper. In distributed lubrication system, parameters of oil pressure, flow and temperature are detected to ensure reliable and accurate lubrication for each point. The methods of parameter detection are discussed in detail. The pressure relays are replaced by pressure sensors and accurate pressure control is realized. The control of lubrication volume based on the length of time is changed to accurate control based on the flow of the lubricants. The flow data can be obtained through analyzing the pulses from the three flow sensors installed parallelly on the main pipe. One-wire intelligent digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to measure the temperature of the lubrication point.
