In the design, simplifies external locus analysis of the kinetic model as a built-in model, In order to ensure the model perturbation or random interference when uncertainty functions to maintain its satisfactory quality, shorten the control response time of intelligent vehicle through the nonlinear controller by regulation of steering direction and speed. Incremental algorithm using variable metric nonlinear intelligent control programs to address high-speed smart car to go straight when you go prone to oscillation or slow curve showing the problem so that is not sensitive to small deviations, and ultimately the provisions of the model car in the path, self-identification line, fast-moving. In order to realize the rational allocation of enterprises limited resources, we regarded the customer value as the benchmark of enterprise marketing resources allocation. Run on a Nvidia Tesla “GPU supercomputer, ” CuParcone achieves a performance increase of 323 times in face gender recognition compared to the comparable Parcone algorithm on a state-of-the-art, commodity single-processor server. This article presents an immune evolutionary algorithm for optimizing search in continuous space. The proposed algorithm adopts immune network model & evolutionary strategy, adjusts self-adaptively the metrics of evolutionary space on immune affinity, such as the evolutionary steps and directions. The algorithm realizes search diversity by restraining most individuals within one immune shape-space measured in restrain radius. A dynamic model, which includes vehicle radius, is first introduced. The Federal Kalman Filter is then implemented using the measurements of GPS and INS sensors. From the Federal Kalman Filter, the vehicle turning radius can be precisely estimated. Based on the model, the variable parameters study including air-fuel radio, compression radio and ignition advance angle were carried out. The model results showed that the compression radio and the air-fuel radio played an important role during the NOx emissions characteristic. There is a significant improvement of the NOx emissions with the compression ratio increases. The cylinder pressure and temperature increased with the improvement of the compression ratio brought out the NOx emissions rise. With the improvement of the air-fuel ratio, NOx emissions increased first and then decreased. A larger ignition advance angle can increase the pressure and the temperature of the cylinder, at the same time the danger of knock and the NOx emissions corresponding increased. Second, data Envelopment Analysis was used to analyze ERP post evaluation. Enterprise Resource Planning project post evaluation Data Envelopment Analysis Model was developed to judge whether the ERP project was DEA effective or not. In the starting period of lapping, contacting state between the workpiece surface and lapping tool surface is not ideal case. In order to reduce the impact between the workpiece and lapping tool, in starting lapping, the lapping pressure is lower, and then increases gradually until a certain higher pressure reached and keeps this pressure lapping continually. During this period, the machining efficiency at such high pressure is higher. When lapping finished, the lapping pressure decreases gradually, which can assure the quality of the machined workpiece surface. When this method is used, not only the lapping accuracy can be assured, but also the requirements for an operator are relaxed. According to the analysis of the definition and basic characteristics of digital watermarking technology, the system model of digital watermarking is given. The system consists of two modules which are watermark embedding module and watermark detection and extraction module. In view of the importance of digital images copyright protection, based on the analysis of the main digital watermarking algorithms, the digital watermarking technology can be applied to the image copyright protection. The two dimension discrete cosine transform is encoded on the Windows platform by using Visual C++ program language. The platform was designed based on the following technologies. In aspect of goods identification, a global unified electronic product code EPC was adopted and each goods was given a unique code that was according with international standards. Reading and writing EPC data was by taking use of RFID technology, which read data from electronic tags via a wireless non-contact method. In aspect of goods code management, new concepts of dynamic EPC and static EPC were proposed for goods in transport and movement. Through introduction of dynamic EPC and static EPC, data flow significantly was reduced, the management process was simplified and management efficiency was improved. In aspect of network transmission, both wired network and wireless network were taken for transmission task. Wired networks were available based on Internet and LAN. For mobile sites, wireless network GRPS was used for communication. In aspect of positioning goods, global positioning system GPS was used for location and tracking of goods. In aspect of platform function design, the system’s function requirements were analyzed and designed, and a series of its functions were proposed, such as real-time data acquisition, automatic alarm, remote control, data control and processing, historical information record and product quality safety tracing, market analysis and intelligent projections etc..
