摘要

本文对ERP项目后评价EAIU (evaluation, Analyze, Improve, Upgrade)循环模型进行了论证。设计了ERP项目成功程度评价体系。通过德尔菲权值建立法和多层次模糊综合评价法，得出ERP项目成功程度评价结果。其次，采用数据包络分析对ERP后评价进行分析。建立企业资源规划项目后评价数据包络分析模型，判断ERP项目是否DEA有效。最后，通过对雷达图的对比分析，评价结果比较紧凑。
