The possibility of replacing the traditional specially mined aggregate in constriction and fill mixtures is proved. The results of testing samples after cementing and a construction-fill mix-ture prepared on the basis of man-made waste are presented. The positive effect of mechani-cal activation of the backfill mixture components on its rheological properties and strength characteristics of the fill mass is studied. The use of lignosulfonate as an additive was con-firmed to improve the binding and rheological properties of the backfill mixture. The in-volvement of man-made waste in the closed cycle of the main and auxiliary production reduc-es the volume of man-made mass, which significantly lowers the impact of mining on the environment.","PeriodicalId":41869,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tula States University-Sciences of Earth","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70572179","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A cognitive analysis of typical geotechnologies is carried out and it is shown that the modern geo-technological paradigm is based on the principles of combining in time the processes that generate a geomechanical dis-turbance in the lithosphere and the processes to overcome the consequences of this disturb-ance. The internally insoluble contradiction of this approach is revealed and it is shown that overcoming this contradiction opens up a very real prospect of creating a fundamentally new concept for the development of underground mining technologies based on the implementation of the global idea of nature-like technologies in the form of the concept of creating convergent mining technologies. With the use of the proposed and developed by prof. The Rodionov model of the lithosphere as a solid body with different-scale inhomogeneities performed a theoretical study of the features of the stress field development during the formation of inhomogeneities with variable volume and zero density and found that in this case, the conditions for the repro-duction of stable dynamic structures will be determined by processes on the external contour of inhomogeneities. This made it possible to substantiate the geophysical and geotechnological ideas of a new technological paradigm of subsurface exploration.","PeriodicalId":41869,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Tula States University-Sciences of Earth","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70573114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most significant hazards at a mine are rockfalls, rock bursts, ignitions and explosions of flammable gases, fires. Certain types of hazards can be assessed through failure rates, the ventilation system failure, for example, can be calculated on the basis of equipment failure rates, while other types of hazards, the rock bursts, for example, cannot be assessed using the existing (author-ized) methods. It is for that reason that this article reviews a principled approach to the as-sessment of mountain hazards, cites the description of the Factor Method, concerning the potash mines.
