The method used in data collection is documentation, observation and tests. In this study, researchers or lecturers use pop-up media that aiming to see an enchance in the science learning process skills of PGSD students. This study can be seen from the average assessment classically to see the science process skills possessed by students in each indicator of the science process skills.In 1st indicator, the skills to observe before using the media are 49.1% and after using the media are 82.9%. In the 2nd Indicator, the skills of formulating a hypothesis before using the media are 42.4% and after using the media are 79.5.%. In the 3rd Indicator, the skills of planning an experiment before using the media are 46.2% and after using the media are 85.7%. In 4th indicator, the skills of conducting experiments before using the media are 54.3% and after using the media are 90.5%. In the 5th Indicator, the skills to predict before using the media are 43.3% and after using media are 80.9%. In the 6th indicator, the skills of applying concepts before using media are 41.9% and after using media are 78.6%. In the 7thindicator, communication skills before using media are 41.9% and after using media are 90%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan non- equivalent control grup design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 52 orang peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan soal tes uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji statistik t-test sparated varians. The method used in data collection is documentation, observation and test giving to students. In this research, it can be seen that there is an increase in the ability to work together with students in groups, which in the future will function for students to continue solidarity within groups in other subjects. In learning that uses a different learning model results in the ability of students when understanding a material compared to not using a classical learning or learning model. This can be seen from the average student learning outcomes before using the learning model and by not implementing teamwork skills only 65.2 and learning outcomes using the jingle learning model by applying teamwork skills 93.5. The data analysis technique used in this study was based on the theory put forward by Teun A Van Dijk’s Critical Social Discourse Analysis. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the completeness of student learning in the first cycle of 55.17% still did not reach the target. In the second cycle, there was an increase with 100% student completeness which means that it had reached the target. Based on observations of teacher activities and student activities, obtained an increase in learning. To observe teacher activity increased from 72.12% in the first cycle to 94.23% in the second cycle. And for the observation of student activity increased from 72.73% in the first cycle to 90.91% in the second cycle. Then the research can be concluded that the application of Team Gateway learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes because it is very useful to support student creativity in analyzing problems to improve student learning outcomes. In addition this study also aims to determine the increase the students’ question making skillfor high thinking question by 21st century model 4Cs in groups and personal. The population were all students of PGSD FKIP UMSU in the first semester of 2019/2020, 302 people. Sampling taken by cluster random sampling class it was obtained samples in the control class amount 43 students and the 44 people in experiment class. The results of this study indicate that the significance obtained from the control class and experimental post test is 0,000, p <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant influence on the control class posttest with the experimental class. In the control class the average obtained was 70.47 while in the experimental class the average obtained was 86.64. The method used in this research is descriptive method with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that students have applied the Self Directed Learning (SDL) learning model with high (63%). Learning evaluation results also increased by 15% from 60% to 75%.
