Cases of the formation of components of complex phrases are shown by formation methods. There are presentation about the formation of complex word combinations by methods of contamination and conversion in the Uzbek literary language. Of these, nominal complex phrases are more often used; adjectives, numbers, pronouns and modal words are less common. The given examples are substantiated scientifically and theoretically. These sentences are connected with each other by content and grammatical aspect and are merged under one concept. In fictions, where two or more sentences refer to one content there are many cases where the event in the second sentence can not be an obstacle for the occurrence of an event in the first sentence. Such sentences are considered as texts in a field with the same content, indicating the attitude of concession. In syntactic integrities with superphrases, interconnected meaningful relationships arise. Such complex semantic relationships as time-condition, condition-concession, cause-effect, comparison-contrast are realized in them. The article discusses the concept of the syntactic field, supersintactic integrities and their role in the field. The data is given by analyzing many fictional books. In this case, the thermometer is used not only to measure the room temperature, but also to measure and regulate the temperature of water in incubators, refrigerators, aquariums, etc. Can be applied in places. Temperature measurement schemes are also built on modern chips and microcontrollers. Because these circuits have digital output, the measurement error is reduced. Here, the value of the sampling period is 2 seconds. Among these devices, we can also show an analog-to-digital converter with high traction capacity, which, when used in conjunction with a computer, has a sampling time of 30 ms. RT-type regulators are used to regulate the temperature in water and steam water heaters and refrigerators. It also discusses the development of the ideas of statehood from the perspective of humanism and the important achievements of Azerbaican’s socio-philosophical thought. At the same time, in all his works, the great thinker focused his attention on the problem of moral perfection, hard work and philanthropy. In addition to other high moral qualities, he drew attention to the problem of a cust ruler and an ideal political structure. For him, the main features of a cust ruler are decency and humanism. According to Nizami, virtue is the one who serves his people and on this basis, he called the rulers of his time to custice. He believed that, in a conscious human society, the main task of the state and its leader is to ensure public confidence in the authorities and restore custice. According to the poet, oppression should not be included in the sphere of the state, otherwise the prosperity of such a state will not last long. The combined atmospheric vacuum plant is the main plant at the oil refining factory and its starting capacity produces 6 million tons of crude oil. In 2010, 43,000 tons A-98, 1.18 tons of A-92 and 19,700 tons of gasoline A-80. At the same time, 600 400t kerosene, 214,000 diesel fuels, 214,000 tons. Liquid gas, 267 500t coke and 220 600t. With this investigation, the history of the oil refinery and the details of modernization were considered. 21 out of 24 types of Azerbaijani oil are processed at the Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev, of which 15 types of oil products, including gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil, petroleum coke, etc. are produced.
