Bali sebagai salah satu wilayah NKRI, tentunya juga harus tunduk pada aturan tersebut, dengan menerapkan protokol tatanan normal baru, di berbagai segi kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk juga kantor-kantor pelayanan masyarakat. Di lain sisi, pada bulan Agustus 2020, Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar menyelenggarakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata secara mandiri, yang dilakukan di lokasi kediaman masing-masing mahasiswa, karena pada bulan tersebut masih dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 di Bali. Salah satu program kerja yang dilakukan adalah mendesain interior dan eksterior Kantor Desa Pemecutan Kaja, karena kantor ini harus tetap melayani kepentingan administrasi masyarakat desa, pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan  tetap menerapkan protokol Kesehatan. Adapun metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Teori Fungsi menurut Victor Papanex, yang meliputi Kebutuhan, Asosiasi, Telesik, Metode, Estetika dan kegunaan. Pada tahap desain, metode di atas juga dipadukan dengan metode Panca Sthiti Ngawi Sani,  sebagai metodologi penciptaan seni, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu; Tahap inspirasi,  tahap eksplorasi, tahap konsepsi, tahap eksekusi dan tahap ngebah. Hasil dari penelitian  ini adalah desain secara menyeluruh di area Kantor, mulai dari penempatan dan desain wash tafel di halaman kantor, sampai desain tata letak dan desain kursi, meja, counter, dan alur sirkulasi dalam kantor. Pandemi ini tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek kesehatan namun melumpuhkan seluruh sendi-sendi kehidupan dari ekonomi, sosial, politik dan sebagainya. Mengingat jadwal pelaksanaan dari KKN Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar jatuh pada masa pandemi maka format terjun ke lapangan dan bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat menjadi terkendala. Terkandala dari kebijakan protokol kesehatan yang menghimbau untuk meniadakan kontak dan pertemuan dalam skala besar. Namun kegiatan KKN ini mesti berjalan sesuai dengan kalender akademik yang sudah berjalan maka tahun 2020 ini LP2MPP Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar membuat format KKN dalam jaringan (daring). Disamping dengan format daring KKN tahun 2020 dilaksanakan dalam lingkungan penulis sendiri. Oleh sebab itu proker yang diaktualisasikan ialah Melukis Masker Bagi Anak-Anak untuk mengeliatkan anak-anak di lingkungan Desa Sumerta Kelod untuk tetap berkreasi dalam pandemi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam program kerja (proker) melukis masker ini adalah sosialisasi, eksplorasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan melukis masker dan penyebaran masker. Pelaksanaannya meliputi dari pengajarn teknik melukis, melukis pada media masker dan menyebarkan pada aparatur desa dan masyarakat sekitar yang memerlukan. Dalam proker melukis masker ini terkandung nilai-nilai yaitu nilai kreativitas dan nilai pendidikan. Nilai kreativitasnya ialah mengkreasikan imajinasi dalam seni lukis. Perancangan tersebut dilengkapi poster untuk memberikan informasi yang mudah dipahami mengenai penggunaan washtafel serta tata cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Pelaksanaan program kerja KKN mengalami kendala karena adanya keterbatasan ruang gerak dalam melaksanakan kegiatan survei. One of the main tasks of the Azerbaijani language is to educate the young generation in the spirit of love for our national and spiritual resources, ancient history, loyalty to our people and, most importantly, knowledge of the subtleties of the language, using these inexhaustible opportunities. When using historical comments as a tool in the process of teaching the morphology of the Azerbaijani language in the acquisition of grammatical forms regulated by a number of intra-linguistic and extra-linguistic events that are difficult to comprehend, students gain more information about the morphological structure of our language. The use of historical comments in Azerbaijani language lessons should be done systematically. The advantages of referring to its ancient and rich history in the study of the modern state of language are reflected in the correct definition of the morphological structure of the language. We can even point out the importance of commenting on the history of writing in the teaching of the alphabet. In the process of teaching morphology, we can note the importance of commentary in the deep mastery of individual speech senses. The study of morphological features of the Azerbaijani language is based on the principle of history. Because the goal is to instill in today's young generation some information about the history of our language. We enforced this understanding by taking a look at some examples of how allusion can be used in both of these contexts. In most cases, allusion is used to divert the mind to something which is not within the general context of the current conversation and is often left to the imagination of the listener or reader to create the reference for themselves. When used in writing, an allusion can make a piece appear less bland and much more artful creating a more interesting reading experience. Allusion can be used in both a conversational context or within written work as a literary device.
