Unfortunately, some languages may lack these resources in some domains causing poor performance due to under-fitting. In this study, we propose a joint multilingual deep learning model with sequence labeling to extract terms, trained on multilingual data and aligned word embeddings to tackle this problem. Our evaluation results demonstrate that the multilingual model provides an improvement for automatic term extraction task when it is compared with a monolingual model trained with limited training data. Although the improvement rate varies according to domain and the size of the data, our evaluation shows that the highest improvement in F1-score is 10.1 % in the domain of Computer Science, the least improvement is 7.6% in the domain of Electronic Engineering. Our multilingual model also achieves competitive results when it is compared with a monolingual model trained with sufficient training data.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117219121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, algorithms are developed to find the approximate solution of this problem. The success of these algorithms depends on the choice of initial feasible solutions. In this study, a new algorithm is proposed for the initial feasible solutions of FCTP. In the proposed algorithm, firstly, for each cell in the matrix of the given inputs of the problem, when the entire product corresponding to this cell is transported, its cost is calculated and a new cost matrix is created. Then, the rows or columns of this cost matrix are randomly selected and the least cost cell in the selected row or column is found and the value of the variable corresponding to this cell of the initial solution is determined. The proposed algorithm is explained on the example.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115138088","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the world we live in is quite far away from the ideal, complex particle-level material imperfections due to interactions with the environment are an inevitable part of the computation process. Hence keeping the accurate state of the particles involved in the computation becomes almost impossible. In this study, we posit that any physical quantum computer sys-tem manifests more multiple error source processes as the number of qubits as well as depth of the circuit increase. Accordingly, we propose a semi-supervised quantum error mitigation technique consisting of two separate stages each based on an unsupervised and a supervised machine learning model, respectively. The proposed scheme initially learns the error types/processes and then compensates the error due to data processing and the projective measurement all in the computational basis.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115325617","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are a variety of practical applications used in real-world problems such as high-definition content creation, surveillance imaging, gaming, and medical imaging. Super-resolution has been the subject of many researches over the past few decades, as improving image resolution offers many advantages. Going beyond the previously presented methods, Generative Adversarial Networks offers a very promising solution. In this work, we will use the Generative Adversarial Networks-based approach to obtain 4x resolution images that are perceptually better than previous solutions. Our extensive experiments, including perceptual comparison, Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio, and classification success metrics, show that our approach is quite promising for image super-resolution.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127457982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recently, the use of gamification for complex morphology learning has been perceived positively by morphologically rich language learners (namely, Turkish as a foreign language learners). Generating automatic explicit grammar exercises with the use of finite-state transducers (FST) in a gamified environment is a new and practical approach in this field. The integration of such platforms into new languages should be easily implementable in order to reduce the development efforts. This study is a first attempt towards this goal. The paper introduces an architecture for a multilingual platform supporting gamified morphology learning. As a test case, the French language module is developed in addition to Turkish. Experiences with these languages are explained and the stages for adding additional languages are described. The study reveals that morphological complexity is an important issue to consider, and the morphological differences of the target language should be considered while designing a mobile language learning application.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127628747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This property makes a large number of combinations of morphemes, and greatly increases the word-vocabulary size. Therefore, words are split into certain sub-word units and applied to text and speech processing applications. Proper sub-word units not only provide high coverage and smaller lexicon size, but also provide semantic and syntactic information that is necessary for downstream applications. This paper discusses a morphological analyzer tool for natural language processing and machine learning purpose. The tool named MorphUz, which can split a text of words into a sequence of morphemes. Morphological analyzer is one of the main part of the natural language processing. MorphUz analyzer is an open-source morphological analyzer for the Uzbek language. The MorphUz analyzer is available as a website for exploration. MorphUz analyzer implements the morphology of the Uzbek language following a two-level approach using stemming and suffix analyzer. The implementation of MorphUz analyzer done by using PHP and JavaScript scripts and MySQL database.","PeriodicalId":417604,"journal":{"name":"2022 7th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131012637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
