Il met en avant la necessite d'un debat politique interconvictionnel sur les questions fondamentales du sens dans la societe europeenne. Il situe dans ce cadre les debats difficiles qui ont eu lieu autour des preambules de la Charte des droits fondamentaux et de la Constitution (nomination de Dieu, reference a l'heritage chretien), et autour de l'article 51 (dialogue institue avec les religions). A more attentive reading shows that the text has a subtlety and wealth of meaning which forbid simple ideas; the text requires from the reader forceful and discriminating reflection which respects the text and the reality it evokes. Gesche, developpe une double theologie chretienne du corps : le corps, chemin de Dieu vers nous, et le corps, chemin a la rencontre de Dieu. Une lecture theologique et anthropologique du Verbum caro factum est permet de saisir en quoi la corporeite humaine a ete choisie par Dieu pour habiter notre monde et sauver l’humanite. Le corps est aussi chemin vers Dieu : tant le corps propre (Rm 12,1) que le corps du Verbe ou Dieu se revele vulnerable, le corps de l’autre, veritable « incarnation » du Christ, et le corps eucharistique, inseparable du corps du prochain (Jn 13).//This programmatic article, which is also the « curtain call » of Professor Gesche, develops a double Christian theology of the body: the body as the path of God towards us and the body as the path to meeting God. A theological and anthropological reading of Verbum caro factum est allows us to grasp in what way human corporality was chosen by God in order to live in our world and save humanity. C’est que son champ d’extension s’est considerablement elargi puisqu’elle designe aujourd’hui tous les phenomenes ou se manifestent une sacralisation indue. Afin de rendre compte de la maniere dont cette notion a pu quitter le terrain strictement religieux pour gagner d’autres espaces culturels, cet article s’interesse aux glissements semantiques qui s’operent entre les XVIe et XVIIIe siecles, et qui temoignent d’un deplacement des idoles exterieures aux idoles interieures, des « faux » dieux du paganisme aux « folles » images secretees par l’imagination. A concept heavy with a long history of ideological combats, idolatry has not finished questioning the present day. Its field of application having been considerably broadened, it designates nowadays all phenomena where unwarranted sacralization takes place. La primaute universelle de l’Eglise locale de Rome est au service de la communion des Eglises locales (regionales) dans la foi apostolique et ne peut donc s’exercer que dans la synodalite ou la reciprocite avec ces autres Eglises. Cette primaute de l’Eglise de Rome se reflete sur son eveque (en lien strict avec son Eglise locale). Quant a l’infaillibilite du magistere de l’eveque de Rome, elle ne serait acceptable que si ce dernier se faisait le porte-parole de la foi petrinienne ou apostolique de son Eglise locale en stricte communion avec l’Eglise entiere.// The only basis for grasping the Orthodox view of Roman primacy is an ecclesiology of the fellowship of local sister Churches, each one being fully the Church of Christ in a place in communion with the others. The universal primacy of the local Church of Rome is at the service of the fellowship of local (regional) Churches in the Apostolic faith and can only be exercized in synodality or reciprocity with these other Churches. This primacy of the Church of Rome is reflected in its bishop (in a strict link with his local Church). The catalogue is then critically assessed. This path goes via justice and law which try to put a brake on violence. But they show themselves unable to put an end to it definitively in so far as they can be corrupted by that which they are supposed to combat. Thus a stage beyond violence has to be envisaged which is rather of the order of wisdom as is illustrated in the story of Joseph.
