However, the traditional information retrieval system can not meet the requirements of its very large amount of data, especially complex and extremely valuable because of the low efficiency of algorithm, low accuracy and limited database resources. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering algorithm based on user preference to study the personalized recommendation of ethnic cultural resources. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, function and characteristics of ethnic cultural resources, and then studies the collaborative filtering algorithm based on users' preferences. On this basis, the personalized recommendation framework of ethnic cultural resources is studied, and the operation performance of this framework is tested. The final test results show that the personalized recommendation method of ethnic cultural resources based on user preference collaborative filtering algorithm is different from other similar applications. Using the same attribute set for the same purpose can obtain more similarity information. This process is time-consuming and oil-consuming. Moreover, all kinds of garbage trucks are dumped by lifting the car. Therefore, they can only be left on the ground and processed with other tools. It requires multiple machines to help complete the treatment of garbage. Almost all garbage trucks put the trash into the carriage, dumped it, and placed debris in classification. Without considering the steps of putting garbage from the carriage, waste was set in type, resulting in time-consuming and resource-consuming problems. Given these problems, this paper designs a multi-functional negative pressure garbage cleaning vehicle, which can classify and place garbage, flexibly dump trash into nearby large garbage bins, and adjust the height of garbage dumping. Referring to the principle of negative pressure ventilation, the cleaning range is extensive, the efficiency is high, the adaptability to the environment is flexible, the garbage can be cleaned by classification. Thus, a convergence effect with no overshoot, no steady-state error, and high response speed can be achieved. By building a mathematical model of the multi-link mechanism, BLDC drive, and gearbox, the transfer function of the whole drive system can be calculated and applied to the closed-loop control of the system. The simulator can control the asynchronous motor to drive the generator output power according to the torque reference from the PC monitoring system to simulate the operation process of wind power generation in the laboratory. This paper adopts the LabVIEW language established PC monitoring system, through the internal mathematical model of a wind turbine, completed the conversion from the wind speed input to torque output, and sent down real-time torque command value to lower level computer through the serial port; meanwhile monitoring system can real-time display asynchronous motor running parameters and monitor the operation status of each module. In addition, the current trend of the epidemic and forecast data can be referenced to the public in an intuitive web view to improve the perception of risk information in the society. The real-time epidemic data interface was adopted to analyze the real-time pneumonia epidemic data captured by the deployment of timing crawler combined with the regional population density to build a model. Then, the diversified charts, Python and Web front-end technologies were used to realize the visualization of epidemic information. COVID-19 grows exponentially without obstruction, and when a place has a high population density, the spread of the virus accelerates and the number of people infected increases.
