Human life and economic activities will be greatly damaged while the power system is destroyed by the disaster. In order to evaluate power supply quality and emergency action result in a disaster situation, make a disposal strategy, and predict the result of the strategy, an emergency strategy generation method is proposed. First, the power supply ability is evaluated by the instant grid model. Then, the quality ratio of the power supply is evaluated according to the distribution of users' importance.
