The simulator can control the asynchronous motor to drive the generator output power according to the torque reference from the PC monitoring system to simulate the operation process of wind power generation in the laboratory. This paper adopts the LabVIEW language established PC monitoring system, through the internal mathematical model of a wind turbine, completed the conversion from the wind speed input to torque output, and sent down real-time torque command value to lower level computer through the serial port; meanwhile monitoring system can real-time display asynchronous motor running parameters and monitor the operation status of each module. Abstract
