In this study, data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 45 respondents with census techniques, which aimed to determine respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity test, and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables of standard operating procedures (0.575), job descriptions (0.475) and work culture (0.409), all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the t-test, the results obtained are standard operating procedures (0.021), job descriptions (0.014) and work culture (0.001), all of which have a significant effect on employee performance. The method that is used in this study is descriptive quantitative method. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling sample. The sample of this research was iPhone 12 users who live in Bandung City, with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis data technique that was used in this research was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the T-test in this research, product quality and price variable have a significant influence on purchasing decisions partially on iPhone 12 smartphone users in Bandung City. Furthermore, based on the results of the F-test in this study, product quality and product price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions simultaneously on iPhone 12 smartphone users in Bandung City. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan berbentuk penelitian asosiatif kausalitas, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan hubungan ini memiliki sifat sebab akibat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) variabel operasional yang akan dikaji yaitu: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi Kerja. Pengujian instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 2 (dua) tahapan yaitu uji validitas instrumen dan uji reliabilitas instrumen. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis path dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan 2). This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Majalengka. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis as well as multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, namely all 33 employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. and the performance of the crew is in the very good category. Partially, the workload and incentives have a significant effect while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. Kualitas layanan sepertinya selalu sejalan dengan peranan karyawan. Loyalitas pelanggan dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang menentukan tingkat penjualan atau pendapatan bisnis. Untuk menarik pelanggan menjadi loyal, perusahaan tidak hanya harus memiliki produk dengan kualitas baik, tapi juga harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik agar pelanggan puas. Selain kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien adalah complain handling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh penanganan keluhan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di masa pandemi covid di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di RSK Bedah BIMC yang terletak di Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.100X, Kuta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert (5 skala). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Variabel kepuasan pasien mampu memediasi antara pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires and using descriptive quantitative data analysis. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method, namely by purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were consumers who had visited the Scarlett Whitening official store at Shopee, with a total of 100 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis test. Based on the results of the F test in this study, it shows that the variables of product quality, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on buying interest skincare Whitening official store at Shopee by 79%. Employee performance in company has an important role to improve and advance company’s business. In order to increase their employee performance, organization need to know factors that influence employee performance. Work Dsicipline is one of the important factor that can predict employee performance. This study is aimed to identify the impact of work discipline on employee performance in PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara. Hypothesis for this research is work discipline has significant effect on employee performance. This research use quantitatve approach. The questionnaire was distributed to 350 employee PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara and gets 313 useable responses. Using simple regression and decriptive methode, we found that work discipline has significant positive effect on employee performance (0,551). According to Hong Youl Ha and Helen Perks (2015) brand trust is a benchmark for customers to rely on the brand's ability to carry out the functions it plays. In this situation where the individual cannot objectively evaluate the quality of the product in advance, brand trust plays an important role in reducing uncertainty in purchasing.This study focuses on the millennial generation of brand trust in buying interest in HWI products. Using a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis. This study collected data through interviews, observations and documentation.
