The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis test. Based on the results of the F test in this study, it shows that the variables of product quality, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on buying interest skincare Whitening official store at Shopee by 79%. 摘要

本研究旨在确定产品质量、服务质量和价格对消费者在Shopee思嘉美白官方店购买思嘉美白护肤品兴趣的同时和部分影响。本研究通过发放问卷和采用描述性定量数据分析来收集数据。抽样采用非概率抽样方法,即目的抽样技术。本研究使用的样本是在Shopee参观过Scarlett美白官方商店的消费者,总共有100名受访者。本研究的分析方法为多元回归分析检验。根据本研究的F检验结果显示,产品质量、服务质量和价格这三个变量对Shopee护肤品美白官方店的购买兴趣同时产生影响的比例为79%。此外,根据t检验,产品质量部分影响购买兴趣的比例为33.9%,服务质量部分影响购买兴趣的比例为23%,价格部分影响购买兴趣的比例为22.1%。
