The process of harmonizing the interests of different groups of participants in the dynamics of project cooperation is discussed in detail, using the development of an innovative electric-powered ski-track snowmobile as an example. The article also describes the research and educational results of the project, with a main focus on education in industrial design and the creation of products for extreme environments, such as the Arctic. Ultimately, the article aims to showcase the benefits of collaboration and education in the development of innovative products for challenging conditions. The authors propose that this case study can serve as a model for practice- and context-oriented design education. By collaborating with user-innovators, students can work with real-world challenges and constraints that they would not encounter in a studio-based learning format. The article suggests that the approach can provide valuable educational experiences for students and help prepare them for careers in industrial design and related fields","PeriodicalId":416631,"journal":{"name":"Technical Aesthetics and Design Research","volume":"167 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126066078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the data of tourist resources, it is possible to develop various types of tourism in the presence of the necessary infrastructure. The object of the study is the tourist resources of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation as a key element of the tourism cluster — the basis for its formation. The methodological basis of the study consists of: the study of terminology on the research topic, the formulation of the problem of insufficient availability of tourist resources of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation for potential tourists, the analysis of regional factors affecting the solution of the problem, an interdisciplinary analysis of the identified problem: the tourist cluster is considered from the point of view of social and communicative links between the objects forming the cluster, as well as from the point of view of organization of the architectural environment. As a result of the study, the authors conclude how to identify the most favorable territories for the creation of tourist clusters in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. First, it should be the concentration of tourist resources. With equally attractive tourist resources, the territory that already has a more developed transport, socio-cultural and engineering infrastructure is the most advantageous for development. The purpose of this article is to conceptualize the structure of urban space in the Arctic. The model includes the material architectural environment, aspects of its sensory perception by man and conceptual representations of the region and the city. The hypothesis of the study: the Arctic city feels \"cold\" not only because of the objectively extreme climate, but also because of the social and individual perception, as well as - because of the image of the architectural environment. This means that comprehensive work with the material dimension and aspects of its emotional/sensory perception is necessary to correct the \"cold\" image. The formation of the empirical potential of the environment, through which it is supposed to change the perception of the region towards sustainable development, becomes the main task of architectural design","PeriodicalId":416631,"journal":{"name":"Technical Aesthetics and Design Research","volume":"270 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116249992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to conduct a comprehensive analysis of cave monasteries and compare their characteristics, criteria for assessing their condition have been developed. The procedure for conducting archaeological research according to approved scientific methods in the process of pre-project surveys, design, reconstruction, any construction and economic activity is given. The optimal non-destructive research methods are named, which are aimed at collecting scientific information without destroying the object of research itself, and their advantages are revealed. The method of laser scanning of caves is described as an inseparable and promising part of engineering geodesy in the field of architecture, construction and historical and cultural heritage. An example of its approbation is given, on which the advantages of this method are revealed. The article reveals the concept, main ideas, principles, tasks and advantages of green infrastructure. The purpose of the study is to assess the importance of developing a concept for the development of the green infrastructure of the city. The importance of the possibility of forming a strategy for the development of the green infrastructure of the city for the organization of a harmonious combination of urban and natural systems is considered. This will preserve the continuity of the green framework and ensure the accessibility of natural areas for the population. Recommendations are identified and proposed, the application of which will ensure the development and formation of urban green infrastructure, and will also contribute to the expedient use of land, ensuring the interconnectedness of green space systems that benefit people, nature and the economy. The plan for the formation of green infrastructure should be the first step in the planning process of urban development of settlements. It is concluded that the lack of a concept and strategy for the development of green infrastructure significantly reduces the efficiency of using the available material, technical and natural resources to create a favorable urban environment.","PeriodicalId":416631,"journal":{"name":"Technical Aesthetics and Design Research","volume":"150 10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130862192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
