To that effect, the work of Professor Ruben Arboleda, on the Andean Spanish spoken in southern Colombia, and that of Professor Hector Ramirez, regarding Spanish in contact in border zones, were taken as referents. Although considerable progress has been made with respect to the description of the diatopic variables of Spanish in the Americas, there is little to be found regarding variability and change phenomena resulting from linguistic contact and the socio–cultural aspects associated with them. Therefore, the article seeks to open up a fertile and relatively unexplored field: the emergence of new dialects as a result of the contact between languages and between mutually intelligible linguistic varieties. Using the Toulmin model, the article explores the function of those sentences from a pragmatic perspective, in order to identify their intention and argumentative impact on the text. The structural analysis also identifies the rhetorical style used by Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz to respond to her opponents, as well as her right as a person, a woman, and a nun to speak and defend her thesis, that is, her right to be an interlocutor in the discourse of the period. Desde la perspectiva bajtiniana de dialogismo, Martin y White definen el compromiso como el conjunto de recursos mediante los cuales los usuarios del lenguaje entran en dialogo con las multiples voces que inevitablemente permean sus textos, aceptandolas, rebatiendolas, retomandolas o distanciandose de ellas. El compromiso se divide en dos tipos: monoglosia y heteroglosia. Este ultimo se desagrega en varias subcategorias, que son definidas e ilustradas con ejemplos tomados del corpus del espanol de Davies. These observations are made from de use of this system in the «Colegio Bilingue Aborigenes de Colombia» of Yunguillo, Mocoa, Putumayo, based on phonological and philological considerations of the Quechua writing tradition and didactical issues. A socio–pragmatic methodology was used as the basis to propose a series of methodological criteria to explain how the data collection process was carried out, as well as the systematization and pragmatic analysis of NFA. The article shows that nominal forms of address serve the purpose of reinforcing the discourteous act. Para la recopilacion, delimitacion y analisis del corpus utilizamos una metodologia empirico–descriptiva de corte cualitativo. El analisis de los datos se realizo desde una perspectiva semantica y pragmatica. Como resultado, encontramos que la traduccion de la ironia, identificada en el texto base a traves de sus participantes, se conservo en el texto meta, precisamente en aquellos casos en los cuales se mantuvo el incumplimiento de las maximas conversacionales. Martínez","doi":"10.15446/FYF.V30N1.62410","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15446/FYF.V30N1.62410","url":null,"abstract":"This work describes the oral discourse of healthy elderly adults under the paradigm of the discursive–pragmatic functionality, whose basic unit is discourse as text production, interaction and enunciation context. This is a descriptive, transversal case study based on the oral discourse of two healthy elderly women describing the Cookies Theft picture task and dialoging in a semi- structured interview. The results were analyzed according to the number of information units of the Cookies Theft picture and the Discursive Functionality Protocol. The results indicated that both subjects used oral discursive movements of formulation and reparations by expansion, hesitation, substitution, repetition, insertion and modification of discourse. Those movements favored the collaborative process in which reorganization and reorientation of meaning functioned to promote natural interaction during language activity. En el andamiaje confluyeron los fundamentos conceptuales de la adquisicion de lenguas, la escritura creativa y la cognicion distribuida. La investigacion fue un estudio de diseno de corte cualitativo, a traves del cual se pudo determinar que el andamiaje favorecio las habilidades expresivas, al generar un alto nivel de interaccion en la lengua extranjera, mayor conciencia metalinguistica y autorregulacion del aprendizaje.
