Qualitative techniques and literature review methods were used in this work. The findings of the discussion show that measurement and assessment shape evaluation. Because it is included in the learning phase, evaluation plays an important strategic role in the learning environment. The aim is to evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of the learning system. Assessment of learning programs, learning activities, and learning outcomes are included in the discussion area. Continuity, completeness, fairness, objectivity, collaboration, and practicality are some of the common evaluation concepts. Its principles consist of responsibility, pedagogy, integration, and coherence, to be precise. Planning, development, monitoring, efficiency, effectiveness, and a comprehensive program are all evaluated as part of the learning process. According to the object, input, transformation, and output are all included in the learning evaluation. Trainers, trained police, and self-evaluating students are among the topics covered. It consists of tests and non-tests, technically speaking. Examination of Islamic religious subjects in schools must be carried out regularly, comprehensively, and holistically. It is deemed necessary to increase the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, one of which is by implementing a Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching. Specifically, this research focuses on 1) how is the implementation of the Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching in improving the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, 2) Describing the effect of the implementation of the Moodle-based flipped classroom on the pedagogical competence of prospective PAI teachers, and 3) Knowing student responses to the implementation of the flipped classroom Moodle-based on microteaching. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Moodle-based flipped classroom on microteaching at UIN K.H. Where several studies show the dynamics of leadership with employee motivation and discipline which often affect performance within organizational groups. As a leader, you should have a management style and method to achieve your goals. As an institution that is in the Islamic education environment, this research examines how leaders position themselves from various religious dimensions such as perspective, management methods and employee credibility in an Islamic education environment that is thick with religious culture. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Islamic values in Al-Quran and Al-Hadisth as well as the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW become guidelines in managerial leadership that are able to create an Islamic culture that is thick with exemplary values, namely Shidiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study is the principal, teachers, students and employees at the school. The results of the study illustrate, the leadership pattern applied by the Principal of MTs Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto is: 1) a transformational leadership pattern, a charisma shown through various approaches that embrace all parties with the aim of conditioning a better work situation; 2) Instructional and participatory leadership patterns, characterized by the principal's efforts to interact more with teachers, students, parents, colleagues, communities, more than men, support consensus decision-making, emphasize processes, encourage feelings of self-esteem, active participation, and share forces and information that help transform people's self-interest into organizational goals, influence teachers to use more desirable teaching methods in everyday life. Sehingga diperlukan pendidikan yang membantu masyarakat Indonesia untuk memiliki pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya, salah satunya adalah dengan memberkan pendidikan vocational skill. Pondok pesantren Darul Muttaqin adalah satu-satunya pondok pesantren yang menyelenggarakan program vocational skill di Kecamatan Semendawai Timur, OKU Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program vocational skill di pondok pesantren Darul Muttaqin dilaksanakan dengan pola penyelenggaran secara berkelompok dan menjalin mitra kerja serta pola pembelajarannya dilakukan secara dua tahap, yaitu tahap teori dan praktik, dengan didampingi tutor dan menggunakan metode partisipatif Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah tutor yang kurang mengikuti pelatihan di luar lembaga, kurangnya minat santri serta teknologi dan kebudayaan yang berkembang. Sometimes this situation makes students depressed which results in stress and depression. The emergence of stress and depression in students can result in low subjective wellbeing so that it can affect performance in memorizing the Qur'an. Spirituality can affect the subjective wellbeing level of tahfidz students, because with spirituality individuals can feel the presence of God and get social support during difficult times. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality on subjective wellbeing in tahfidz students at Islamic boarding schools. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence of spirituality on the subjective wellbeing of tahfidz students in Islamic boarding schools. The subjects in this study amounted to 92 tahfidz students at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Lamongan. Taking the subject using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used measuring tools for spirituality level and measuring tools for subjective well-being which were arranged using a modified Likert scale model. The analytical technique used to analyze the data in this study is simple linear regression. The results showed that the R value or coefficient of determination was 0.889, which means that there is a very strong relationship between spirituality and subjective wellbeing. In this study, the population was all teachers at the State Elementary School Cluster Region 2, Kuala District, amounting to 80 people. The sample of this study was taken by referring to the Krejcie-Morgan table where a fixed sample of 66 people was obtained. This research data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that: (1) communication climate contributes 32.2% to teacher performance; (2) achievement motivation contributes 12.3% to teacher performance; (3) The communication climate and achievement motivation together contribute 38.1% to the teacher's performance at the State Elementary School Cluster 2, Kuala District. The focus of the discussion was the Salafist boarding school.  This article aims to find a form of Islamic education that develops in Islamic boarding schools with Salafi ideology (manhaj Salafi). This study uses the literature method. This article concludes that Salafist Islamic boarding schools are a new model of Islamic education in Indonesia today. This pesantren model is different from pesantren in general which has long been developed in Indonesia. The triggering factor for its development is the influence of global Islamic currents, and provides variations in Islamic education patterns, especially at Pesantren institution in Indonesia. The curriculum used at the Assunah Islamic Boarding School both in formal and non-formal education is indicated by radicalism as it is known by the public regarding the Salafist community, but it is more directed towards Salafus Saleh, namely following religious behavior based on the Qur'an, Sunah Rasul and the practice of the life of the previous pious (generation of Friends).
